Chapter 1 - The Forsaken Chosen One

PROLOGUE — The Death of a God

The world trembled. Mountains cracked, oceans roared, and the sky split into an endless abyss of darkness.

A lone being stood at the center of the storm — a colossal figure wrapped in swirling light and shadow.

The Original God.

Before Him was a monstrous existence, bound in chains of divine light —

The Demon God.

Their battle had shattered countless worlds. Entire realities died between their strikes.

"Your end… has come," the Original God whispered, even as divine blood floated like galaxies around Him.

With the final fragment of His power, He forced the Demon God into a dimensional seal. The universe screamed as the Demon God let out a final roar—

"I WILL RETURN!"

The seal shut. Silence covered creation.

But the Original God's body flickered, breaking apart into shimmering fragments.

Each fragment a lesser god, created only to divide the burden of creation:

Goddess of Nature.

God of War.

God of Balance.

God of Life.

Many more.

But fragments could not survive without their source.

One by one…

they faded.

Civilizations fell without divine order.

Races starved, corrupted, destroyed one another.

The world spiraled toward ruin.

And no one knew the truth:

The Demon God was not dead. Only sealed. And the seal was breaking.

In His final moment, the Original God forged one last failsafe —

a successor.

Someone who knew pain.

Someone forsaken.

Someone with a heart that would not break under divine power.

And in a distant human world, a boy lay paralyzed in his bed… forgotten by the world.

CHAPTER 1 — The Forsaken Chosen One

Gyeon Woojin had never taken a step in his life.

Born paralyzed, abandoned by his parents, left in a quiet room to survive alone…

His only escape was through games.

World-building games.

Civilization creation.

Strategy.

Management.

He spent years creating worlds he could never touch.

Until one day, a strange notification appeared on his screen:

[Congratulations. You have completed "Eternal Genesis" — the Unwinnable Game.]

[Reward: Initiation into Divine Authority.]

"…What??"Before he could react, the light burst from the screen —

and his room dissolved into nothing. He awoke on cold stone.

Woojin blinked… and froze.

He was standing.

His legs trembled, but they worked.

He lifted his hand.

Bent his fingers.

Stepped forward.

For the first time in his life, he could move.

"T-This… this can't be real…"

A glowing sphere appeared before him, shaping into the figure of a tall, serene being.

Not a person.

A hologram.

"Do not fear," the projection said gently. "I am only an echo of the one who brought you here."

Woojin's voice cracked. "W-Who are you? And why… can I suddenly walk?"

The hologram bowed.

"Child, you stand in the world abandoned by gods. I am the projection of the Original God — the One who died to save all creation."

Woojin's throat tightened.

"The God… died? What happened to the other gods?"

The hologram raised an arm, and fading divine silhouettes appeared.

"The Original God was too powerful for the cosmic laws. He divided Himself into sub-gods — creations made from His essence. But they were not true gods. Only fragments."

Woojin watched silently.

"And when He died… their power faded. Their existence vanished."

"So… there are no gods left?"

The hologram flickered.

"No. Only the Demon God remains — sealed, but alive."

Woojin's breath caught.

"…Alive? But nobody knows?"

"No one. Only you."The projection spread its arms, revealing a broken world—

ruined ruins, dying forests, starving races:

Elves, Dwarves, Humans, Beastkin…

All on the brink of extinction.

"And why me?" Woojin whispered.

The hologram glowed brighter.

"Because you were chosen. Your soul endured suffering without hate. You were the only one pure enough to hold His final authority."

A symbol appeared — half blinding light, half endless darkness.

[You have inherited:

Primordial Authority — Creation & Destruction]

"But… if I refuse… can I go back?"

The hologram slowly shook its head.

"The God used all His remaining power to bring your soul here. Your old body is gone."

Woojin felt as if the world vanished beneath him.

He couldn't return.

To the world that abandoned him.

"…Then what do I do now?"

Light enveloped him. His form shifted slightly — eyes deeper, posture refined, a faint aura of divine contradiction flickering behind him.

"A Divine System will guide you."

[Divine System Activated]

[Primordial God - Razeon]

[Faith Absorption — Unlocked]

[Creation Lv. 1]

[Destruction Lv. 1]

"Grow through faith," the hologram said. "Rebuild civilizations. Restore this world. Only then can you become the true Primordial God."

Woojin swallowed.

"And the Demon God…?"

The projection began fading.

"When you are strong enough… he will come."

Darkness swallowed the hologram.

Woojin stood alone in a dying world.

A boy who had never walked… now chose to walk the path of a god.

He clenched his fists.

"…If I can't go home, then I'll make this world my home."

Thus began the rise of the abandoned boy who would become the Primordial God.
