Chapter 150 - The Child’s Trick

📜 Chapter — The Child's Deception

While both the Demon King and the Archangel had sent their followers to investigate why two great powers had moved at the same time…

The giant elder was speaking seriously with the child: "Who taught you that? Was it Odin… or someone else?"

Just as the child was about to answer—

Odin suddenly appeared.

He looked around in confusion: "Why are there so many trees here?"

Before finishing—

He noticed the burned creatures and asked curiously: "What is this?"

When Odin asked—

The elder glanced at the child and saw him trembling with fear.

She chuckled inwardly and said: "It's nothing important… the child and I were just playing."

But Odin frowned slightly: "Sutur… what did you do?"

Before the elder could defend him—

The child quickly pointed at her and said: "She… she forced me! She said we giants must be cruel… and made me burn these creatures!"

The elder froze in shock.

Before she could respond—

Odin snapped angrily: "I allowed you to see him because you are of his kind and seemed reasonable… but I didn't expect this from you!"

His anger grew: "I was just scolding my brothers for their poor upbringing—and now you come here and make it worse?!"

The elder panicked: "No! You misunderstood! The child did this—I didn't teach him anything!"

Odin looked at her with cold mockery: "Look at him… do you expect me to believe you and call my own child a liar?"

Then confidently: "I raised him myself. Why would he lie to me?"

At that moment—

The child ran to Odin: "Father! Save me from that evil woman!"

The elder burned with anger…

But quickly changed the subject: "Anyway… have you thought about what I said? Will you submit to us?"

Odin replied immediately: "Yes… we will. Now leave. You've disturbed my child's mind."

The elder was stunned—

But she complied.

She had achieved her goal: Odin and his kind would submit to the giants.

Yet as she walked past the child, she thought: "How can a child be this cunning…?"

She returned to the ocean, conflicted and frustrated.

Once she was gone—

Odin turned to the child with a cold glare: "Did someone teach you that… or are you hiding those thoughts yourself?"

The child said nothing—

Only bowed his head.

Odin smiled slightly despite his anger: "You acted well in front of her."

Then firmly: "From now on, treat her the same way if she returns… or if anyone from her kind appears."

The child nodded, laughing: "Of course, Father."

Odin added: "And get rid of those disgusting burned creatures. I don't want you learning such things."

"Yes… I'll do it now."

The child ran—

Raised his hand—

And destroyed everything in a single strike.

He didn't hesitate.

He knew even a second of hesitation… would bring punishment.

Odin watched him, thinking: "I need to teach him more…"

"It's time he learns real combat."

The child suddenly shivered in fear: "What is Father thinking…? Why does he look so terrifying?"

Meanwhile—

The giant elder returned to her people.

The giants rushed toward her: "What happened? Is the child safe? Did negotiations fail?"

She exhaled—

And began explaining everything… calmly.
