Yohan hated running.
Not only did it make him feel like a coward, but his chest started to hurt like hell.
This body of his hadn't gone through the gruesome martial training that he had on earth. His cardio wasn't up to his standard.
Still, he dashed down the hallway, ignoring the stares that he received from passersby, until he came to a library.
He wasted no time pushing himself inside.
The space was large and quiet. All that could be heard was the sound of his own breathing.
As he looked around, he spotted nerds sitting around tables, reading from a variety of books.
Some glanced up at him, and even they shot him looks of disgust.
Man... Just how pathetic was this guy before I took over his body?
Yohan ignored the stares and hurried through the library.
He eventually came to a row of bookshelves that were empty, so he sat himself down there and controlled his breathing.
As he rested his head back and recovered, he was finally able to process the events.
So, I died on Earth from a heart attack and was sent to this strange world that seems to resemble Earth.
My body seems to belong to a boy named Tenro. A nerd that has never defended himself a day in his life.
In this school, he's a known victim... I can tell from the mannerisms of the bully, and the way no other students stepped in to help him. Except for that Nubian guy, but he hardly seemed to be on my side.
Are there no teachers in this school? Why was this fight able to take place? Is this some sort of survival school?
The more Yohan thought, the more he realised just how difficult his situation was.
The only joy he could find was that he had punished a man who dared to fight him. That ankle lock would ruin his legs for the next few months.
Yohan smiled and chuckled to himself quietly.
Martial arts always triumph over—
Yohan stopped as he felt something shift in his body.
It wasn't painful, but rather shocking. Satisfying, even.
It started at his stomach and slowly spread throughout the rest of his body. It was as though he was being reborn for a third time!
In the distance, he thought he heard a feminine cry out, as if she were experiencing the same thing.
After a few moments, the feeling went away, and with it came a strange new area in Yohan's mind.

The information flooded into Yohan's mind, and at the same time, he felt memories rushing into him.
It all hurt his head. There was information he wanted to block, and others he wanted to keep.
This went on for ten minutes, until finally he had filtered through the memories.
What Yohan was left with...
He stared down at his hands. Tears started to well in his eyes, but he didn't dare cry.
This pathetic body has been through so much pain. How do such weak people exist?
He was now familiarised with the man he had come to be. Tenro Sakura, an orphan who truly knew nothing but pain and trauma.
Every friend he had ever made had betrayed him. The world that he belonged to, Esto, was a land where only the strongest survived.
The only reason he hadn't died yet was that he often kissed the feet of those above him. He owned no possessions and had no friends or family.
His body was weak and significant, but now, something in the world had changed.
Tenro seemed to have awakened.
Yohan, who now felt more like the man he had become, scratched at his chin.
My memories don't tell me anything about this world having fantasy powers. But this system says otherwise.
Did I arrive in this body at a world-altering moment? What does this all mean?
...
No, there will be time to focus on that later. Right now, something is brewing inside of me that I can't ignore.
After receiving the memories of Tenro, Yoham was swiftly made aware of something.
The names and faces of everyone who had ever done him wrong. The list was never-ending.
Tenro of the past did not care for these names and faces. He did not carry anger in his heart, or the desire for revenge. Or he was focused on was doing whatever he needed to barely survive.
Yohan was different. His pride would never allow these wrongdoings to go unanswered.
If he was going to live in this new body, this man's life could never remain as it once was.
Every bully would be punished, and made to answer for their sins.
The sins that they committed against Tenro Sakura.
Yohan swiftly exited the library through a window and navigated the grounds of Blackheart Academy.
His memories told him that on the outskirts, there was a large dormitory used for student housing.
The school day was far from over, as he had more lessons to attend. However, at the moment, he was only focused on two things.
Becoming stronger, and bringing a fist down on his bullies.
