"Do you like it?" Kastiel asked.
I stared at the bag. I liked the color—a deep, rich green that reminded me of the forest after rain. But did I like the actual bag? I didn't think so.
"No." I shook my head.
We were out shopping. Kastiel had come to pick me up from therapy today, and I had practically floated out of the building when I saw him waiting. My therapist had noticed, of course. She had that knowing smile on her face when she said, "Someone's excited to leave." I had tried to hide it, tried to focus on what she was saying, but the moment I got his text that he was outside, my attention had completely evaporated.
