Synopsis
In a universe by power alone, emotions are both a weapon and a curse. The Court governs reality with absolute authority, claiming that beings must abandon their emotions to achieve true greatness, but rumors speak of a forbidden truth, that emotions themselves can manifest into living entities strong enough to shake the foundation of existence. Among these manifestations is a legendary being born from pure hatred and betrayal, a creature so powerful it nearly shattered the chains of cosmic hierarchy. Fearing its strength, the keepers of the Aetherian Assembly sealed him away in the forbidden realm, a dimension that lies outside all definitions of reality where he meets an unexpected being

Chapter 1 - Rite of ascension and the encounter

The sacred Ritual room of the Heavenly Court glowed with blinding brilliance from the chains of light that held the fallen god to its knees making him unable to move, but only enabling him to gaze upon the seven keepers of the Heavenly Court who were gifted power by then shimmers of light from the chains of hierarchy and were made in charge of ruling the universe. The six guardians in charge of protecting the Heavenly court given the title of Holy knights by the seven keepers themselves watched down the ritual on top of the six pillars surrounding stage.

The fallen god lifted his head as his crimson eyes glowed with defiance.

One of the keepers clicked his tongue, "How can you still possibly make such a face in your current situation, you truly are hopeless..." he said, "Causing a huge ruckus over some different opinions we had, I can't possibly prehend how your simplicity has no bounds."

Another keeper crossed his arms, "You almost destroyed the chains of principles, we have no choice but to seal you away, sorry but not sorry."

The fallen god smirked, the faint rise in pressure across the room caused the weak willed to step back a bit, "Sorry? sealing?" he murmured, "Is that your only answer to stopping me? I only see cowardly excuses and I only sense weakness and fear in all your words, perhaps immaturity like the unevolved magots is what I can only compare with all of yo-

"Silence!" one of the keepers cut him off before he could finish his sentence, "You have no right to speak at this ritual! your stabbing words mean nothing to us and we will continue our usual deeds because it's what defines us and compared to your deeds," he scoffed, "I can say our deeds seem more righteous if I can say so myself."

"Righteous?" the fallen god was getting a little annoyed, "What do you mean by righteous?" as the pressure inside the room continued getting heavier, "Forming a corrupt hierarchy where only high ranking beings gifted by the gaze of light have the chance to rule? be warned the truth is that all of you will fall from your fake reality. You have corrupted the chains of principles and I see the same light that gazed upon you abandoning all of you."

The eldest keeper who was silent the whole time came closer to him and looked at him for a moment, "Is that all you have to say? then the only thing that I can say to you is goodbye because I think this is the last time we will ever see your face again."

The fallen god stood up and stared the eldest keeper with a huge devilish smile revealing his two sharp canines, "See, your words already reveal your cockiness, thinking is just a guess and not always a correct answer, you just think this is the last time we will ever see each other again and that is doubt, doubt of the light that gave you command of your own reality but in my reality you are still wrong and I have something to teach you old maggots on the throne, confidence is key and my pride is the cage that needs the said key, I know I will return to crush your stupid reality even if I'm forced to destroy your stupid ideology!"

The eldest then turned around as he slowly walked away from where the fallen god was, "I wouldn't mind listening to your pointless chatter, but it seems the portal is already opening."

The Heavenly Court started shaking as the chains that held the fallen god glowed brightly, "We hope you have a peaceful stay in the forbidden realm, we hear it's cozy and sweet, the perfect environment for you to idolize your stupid reality." The seven keepers said that in unison as they slowly flied upwards from the stage as it breaks revealing a portal to the forbidden realm. The fallen god falls into the portal and disappears as the Keepers watch, was this the end of the fallen god?

"Wake up…. Wake up", those were the words ringing inside his head. When he tried waking up his head felt heavy as the day light burned his eyes, he rubbed his eyes as he tried lifting his body upwards to sit, he found himself in a beautiful meadow, birds were chirping and flying around him, he could hear the running streams pouring their waters in the vast valley which runs through the horizon . He couldn't remember anything after the ritual and his body was filled with exhaustion. He stood up and looked the area around him but all he could see were huge trees. He tried flying above the trees to get a better look at the area but when he got on top he was astonished, the scenery was beautiful, he had never seen a place this beautiful. From the green trees that spread through the whole landscape like a huge carpet to the huge mountains found at the center of the huge valley tall enough to pierce the clouds. But when he was still admiring the landscape he was attacked by a huge flying beast. The impact only pushed him a few steps back before he gained back his balance. He observed the beast, it was huge for what he could say, it had a dragon's head and a serpent's body, its wings were fused with its arms which had tall sharp claws. The fallen god then quickly dashed towards the monster and tried attacking the beast but all his didn't land as the beast only dodged them and quickly counter attacked by hitting him with its huge tail pushing him to the heart of the forest.

While still trying to dodge the sudden air slashes the beast was throwing towards him, the fallen god quickly decided to take advantage of the environment by using the trees and branches which enabled him to evade every attack thrown to him by the beast and later landed a blow to the beast's head, but had no effect at all causing the beast to quickly counter attack again by piercing him to the chest and head bumping him causing him to crash on the ground in an open area.

He was exhausted and his wound was healing slower than usual probably due to the high elemental energy around the area. The new area was not favoring him at all and he needed time to adapt. He tried to think of away of beating the creature, but the creature made an ear piercing roar and charged towards the wounded god. The fallen god tried dashing towards the beast to strike back, but only found his body bracing for the impact.

Right before the two beings could clash there was a sudden finger snap that quickly calmed the atmosphere in the whole area and causing the beast to freeze in its place while giving the fallen god time to catch his breath.

"I can't believe it you two, you two get a chance to reunite again after a long time but the first thing you do is have a brawl?" The fallen god looked around the area and found a mysterious woman sitting on top of a huge boulder playing a small golden harp in her hands, her skin was pale, her hair was silky white with a light tone of blue on the ends, she wore a transparent veil that covered her crystal blue eyes and wore clothes befitting a fallen princess.

She turned her gaze towards the fallen god and then towards the beast, "I think I already told you about your bad behavior sky, jealousy is an emotion we should never display in this place, I'm utterly disappointed by you."

Then she slowly brushed the beast in a teaseful manner, "Now go on Sky, shift from that hideous form and move on, we will talk about this at home."

Then the beast shifted to a small white sparrow and then looked at the fallen god and then the mysterious woman, "But my majesty, I thought this man was clearly banished to this place due to his evil deeds in the living realm and it's clear that he has no reason to actually listen to us, he is unpredictable and uncontrollable as you can see he wasn't affected by your comm-"

"That's enough Sky," cutting her off, "I know what you feel but I think he is just misunderstood and only needs guidance and introduction to the rules of this place," standing up from the boulder, "I promise he will change his ways even if it means breaking a leg or two, now go on already, or should I force you again this time?"

Sky was reluctant at first but gives in, "Fine, if you say so my majesty, but be careful." Then she flew away before she disappeared into the horizon.

"Sigh..." Then the mysterious woman magically shrunk her harp and stored it into a floating air bubble and jumped off the boulder landing in front oof the fallen god, "I'm very sorry about what happened between you and sky, she didn't mean no harm, serious."

Then she looked directly at the fallen god's crimson eyes, "I know you have so many questions, so, can you ask them before we go?"

The fallen god stared at her before readjusting his ruby necklace, "Who are you? what is this place? and why the hell are you talking to mad beasts like that?" The fallen god looked a little disappointed with the questions asked before answering him, "I see, but why ask so many questions expecting me to answer if you were going to disrespect my friend by calling her a mad beast, I think you should show some respect and ask your questions at a time please, okay?"

"Okay," forcing an apology, "I'm sorry, so can I ask my questions now?" the mysterious woman was clearly enjoying the forced apology before nodding her head to agree, "Okay, ask away."

"First of all, when I was unconscious, I heard someone trying to wake me up, was that actually you?" The mysterious woman was silent for a moment before answering him, "So you shifted your questions huh? why list a bunch of questions if you were not going to ask even one, and yes, to answer your question, I was the one who woke you up, but don't ask me how I was able to do it."

"Okay, then my next question is who actually are you? From my perspective I can't actually tell if you are actually a living being or not because I can't actually sense any emotions from you." This time the mysterious woman didn't need much time to answer, "Who am I?...no, the better question is what am I and what role am I doing here, you see, I actually don't have an identity but only a role." , "A role?" said the fallen god in confusion, "Yes, a role to protect this place, it is one of the many roles I have, this place is what you can call the origin of power and emotions, the chains of principles have no meaning here, and yes it's the place where you originally manifested before gaining your mindset and later deciding to crush reality itself."

"So you're saying I originally manifested here before leaving, but why did I leave in the first place?". "Wait! hold on for a second..." the mysterious woman stopped him before he could continue his statement, "I think it wouldn't be fair as to you were the only one asking questions isn't it? I think you should try answering my question first before we continue, like, why were you actually banished from the living realm?"

"I think it's non of your business," he said, "But you already answered my questions so I think you deserve a reason at least," he added, "Reason?" asked the mysterious woman, "Yes, lets just say I only had different opinions with the rulers there."

The mysterious woman narrowed her eyes, clearly irritated by the claim.

"Different opinions?" she scoffed, "You mean different opinions of reality? That's exactly why you should always stay out of other people's business."

The rising tension warped the air around her.

"That is why I left that realm a long time ago, I gave them a chance to rule for themselves", continued coldly, "That was their perspective of reality and that was nothing but disorder. People should have order-without it, nothing can prevail. That is why there are laws and that is why actually created the chains of principles and the hierarchy system. Those who do not have order are enemies of my reality."

The fallen god stepped forward, refusing to back down.

"Your reality? Your 'reality' is just a daydream born from the past," he said, "Real reality is the struggle for power, the chase for achievement and accomplishment of all living things, we fall, climb again to the top so as to reach our said goals. That is the reality I strive for."

The woman gave a soft, humorless laugh.

"Different opinions again I see, is this why you were thrown into this place? and it's kinda funny, not your opinion but," she chuckled, "classifying yourself as a living thing, but you already know-you're far from being one."

Her amusement faded, "Sometimes you simply have to accept the way things are."

The fallen god shook his head, "That's fallacy, change needs to occur for reality to get back to its rightful state."

She smirked, "You think I don't know that, that is what defines living beings, they have the capability to change."

"How about you?" he said quietly, "I also think you should change the most. You've spent all your life here, talking about change and yet never taking a single step towards changing. You should be ashamed of yourself, your daydream is just idiocity and a mockery to what true reality is."

The woman's expression twisted with irritation, "Watch your tongue!" Her voice trembled with restraint, "You, who abandoned this place leaving everything is the last person I want to hear about telling me to change!"

"You don't deserve to daydream about your own version of reality. You only stare at the sky, wasting time in this empty place. Don't you see? I'm the one who deserves to be frustrated here. I should be the one getting angry."

There was complete silence as the woman didn't mutter a single word but only looked at her. The fallen god felt proud and tried striking again, "Gone silent? Feeling a little angry? Anger has always been a huge weakness to living beings," he continued, "It makes them lose their flow of perception and abrupt their ways of acting. It is an emotion that leads to chaos and destruction, you acted so high and mighty, but let me tell you something, you are in the presence of the embodiment of evil itself, anger does not affect me. I define my future and no hierarchy can define, so shut the fuck up and keep your stupid pipe dreams to yourself and I repeat, you still don't deserve to have an opinion of realit-"

Pow! It only needed one blow to make the fallen god to find himself flying a few miles from where he was. He crushed through the trees in the forest and later crushed at the foot of the mountains. He was confused for a second before he could actually process what actually happened a second ago. But before he could stand the mysterious woman was right in front of him.

She looked kinda tensed as the air around became heavier. She looked at the fallen god before she broke up with laughter breaking the tension in the air, "That was a shocker!, I didn't expect you to actually get me that angry, but you still need to show some respect here, it was a little bit fun for me to actually cut loose for a bit, but it seems that it actually gave you another injury," she giggled before switching to a more serious look, "So what if you don't like my opinion on how reality is? People have different opinions and no one is the same and i know that. You just came back to this place after a leaving it a long time ago. You truly are diabolical, and what about this thing you said about not being defined by hierarchy? Let me tell you something embodiment of evil, I the guardian of this place, the creator of your reality and rightful ruler tell you that, you can't steer away from what defines us, I am at the pinnacle of all living and non-living creatures. I am the real definition of what a true ruler of reality is. Fight for power? nonsense! You have no right to back talk me so show some respect!"
