Chapter 47: Snow Empress: Ice Cream? Isn't This Getting a Bit Too Perverted?

"Stop! Please, stop fighting!"

Huo Yun'er could only stare in disbelief as the two figures before her clashed violently, shaking the entire courtyard.

Neither of them was someone she could hope to stand against.

Her ancestor—once a million-year soul beast reborn as a human—was terrifying enough. But this icy woman? What kind of monster was she?!

Even within the Snow Domain, Huo Yun'er was forced to summon her martial soul for protection—her yellow and purple spirit rings glowing weakly.

But when she looked at the color of their spirit rings—Jiang Chen's radiant gold and the Snow Empress's blazing orange—her jaw dropped.

"Stop! You're going to destroy the house!"

Jiang Chen's claws locked around the Snow Empress's head, trying to slam her into the ground—but she didn't move an inch.

Within seconds, his tiger claws were sheathed in frost, frozen solid by her ultimate ice.

"Damn!"

Before he could react, a pale hand struck forward lightly.

Emperor's Palm—Great Cold Without Snow!

One of the Snow Empress's three ultimate techniques—said to be inescapable, its touch freezing all, its only counter being to dodge.

Even with his immense power, Jiang Chen couldn't compare evenly in purity of domain. But numerically—his million years of cultivation crushed hers easily.

Within the aura of his Evil God Transformation, spatial ripples burst forth alongside pure evil energy, shattering every crystal of ice around him.

Just before her palm could hit—he vanished into thin air.

"Hmm?"

Two identical Snow Empresses stood before him.

"Two… Snow Empresses?"

He smirked, glancing at the glowing second ring beneath her feet. "So this is your second soul skill, huh?"

She raised a delicate eyebrow. The fact he dodged Emperor's Palm didn't anger her—after all, evasion at this level was logical. But that… sensation?

That was time energy, wasn't it?

"Continue!"

With a sharp cry, several crystalline blades appeared around her, floating midair like shards of winter.

Jiang Chen sighed, dispelling his transformation. Remaining in the Evil God form too long was… dangerous.

Because for some reason, it always triggered strange impulses—an overwhelming desire to XXX.

A perverted aftereffect of his own dark power—supposed to corrupt others, yet somehow backfiring onto himself.

"Seriously? You're not done yet?!" he barked.

He wasn't afraid—just tired of the hassle. Winning meant she'd haunt him forever in humiliation. Losing meant she'd devise some twisted punishment.

He really needed to work on his spiritual power. That was his weak point.

And the best way to enhance spiritual strength? Immortal herbs.

With Tang Sect gone, there shouldn't be anyone left guarding the Icefire Yin Yang Well, right?

Although… knowing this world, it was probably another of Tang San's safeguards. Typical.

The courtyard filled with swirling snow as thousands of ice blades rose into the air around the Snow Empress, her figure like that of a celestial sword goddess.

Even though she sensed no fighting intent from Jiang Chen now, she could not let this go.

She'd waited ten thousand years for payback—for that humiliation.

The memory still burned—her failure to evolve fully, losing her body, awakening as a child, her mind fractured.

And worst of all—that man, this evil tiger, had tricked her into calling him "Father."

Finally facing him again, her face grew colder than ever.

Her head lifted proudly, her voice cutting like frost. "Call me Mother, and I'll forgive you!"

Jiang Chen blinked.

"Wait, that's all it was about?"

So she'd been bitter about that?

Easy fix!

He instantly dematerialized his martial soul, appearing right before her in a blur.

Before she could react, he dropped to the ground—hugging her pale, slender legs tightly.

"Mommy!"

The Snow Empress froze, utterly dumbstruck.

"You just… said it?"

Something about his tone felt so wrong—it wasn't the way her little pet White had said it.

No, this… this felt filthy.

"Mommy! Mommy? Was that not good enough? Mommy~?"

He clutched her bare legs tighter. She hadn't even worn boots—her icy white feet hovered just above the ground.

Jiang Chen, grinning devilishly, pressed her smooth, chilly toes to his chest, the sensation reminding him of a sweet frozen treat.

Cold as ice. Smooth like silk.

Kinda like ice cream.

…Would a pervert… try to eat this?

Thankfully, he wasn't that far gone.

He was simply appreciating art.

"Jiang. Chen."

A living spirit born of heaven and earth could see through hearts easily enough—and hers told her that this idiot was absolutely enjoying himself.

Even a million-year-old soul beast couldn't hide that leering grin.

Rage blazed behind her clear blue eyes.

The bastard's face practically screamed pervert.

Jiang Chen looked up pitifully, blinking innocently. "What's wrong, Mommy?"

"You—shut up!"

The Snow Empress's hand trembled. She nearly drove her ice sword straight into his back then and there.

But he was kneeling before her, head bowed submissively, holding her feet with open hands—completely defenseless.

One solid strike would likely kill him outright.

And as much as she wanted to punish him, she didn't actually want him dead.

So she exhaled coldly, waving her hand. The icy domain shattered instantly, sunlight spilling into the courtyard once again.

But mercy didn't mean forgiveness.

He needed punishment.

Biting back her fury, she drew back one delicate foot—then slammed it forward.

Due to her stance, her foot didn't just kick him—it planted directly across his face.

"Mmmpf!"

Jiang Chen hit the ground with a thud, his face buried beneath her sole, muffled completely.

"You will shut up!" she hissed, grinding her heel mercilessly against him.

She didn't even want to hear that disgusting voice again. It turned her stomach.

"Mmpphh…"

Jiang Chen dared not move. He was honestly afraid that if he said a word, that "ice cream" might really… slide into his mouth.

(It wasn't sweet anyway. And only a true maniac would taste it.)

So he stayed silent, wearing an expression of abject humiliation.

Which, oddly enough, only made the Snow Empress smile with savage satisfaction.

Yes. This was justice.

Sweet, icy retribution.

And as her foot pressed harder against his face, Jiang Chen accepted his "punishment" obediently—without a single complaint.
