"My name? What's it to you?"
Hearing Xiao Yan's words, the young girl in white froze for a moment before she began struggling to free herself from Xiao Yan's grip. Her earlier brief clash with him had already revealed that this man's strength might surpass her own, despite her natural abilities.

As she was about to slip away, Xiao Yan's voice stopped her.
"You said the herbs here taste bad, right? I have something much tastier. Interested?"
Zi Yan froze mid step, her head slowly turning back toward him. Her bright eyes sparkled with curiosity.
"Do you mean it?"
"I never lie to kids." Xiao Yan's lips curled into a sly smile.
To Elder Hao's shock, the troublesome little girl who had caused him countless headaches was now obediently following Xiao Yan out of the treasure chamber.
Inside an adjacent room near the treasure chamber, Zi Yan sat cross legged on the floor, staring at Xiao Yan with wide eyes.
Her curious gaze locked onto him, as if trying to discern his motives. Finally, she broke the silence.
"Hey, have you stared enough? Where's the tasty stuff you promised?"
"What's the rush?" Xiao Yan smirked, giving her hair another playful ruffle.
The next moment, a crystal clear drop of blood, bright red and gleaming like a ruby, floated out of Xiao Yan's storage ring.
As soon as the drop of blood appeared, the room was suffused with an incredibly intense and wild energy. The aura was so overwhelming that Xiao Yan had to use his Dou Qi to seal it within the room, lest it alert Elder Hao next door.
Zi Yan's curious gaze instantly transformed into an expression of pure desire. Her eyes lit up like stars, and she nearly drooled as she stared at the drop of blood.
"What tier of magical beast does this blood come from?" she asked, swallowing hard. Her voice was tinged with excitement and awe as her gaze shifted to Xiao Yan.
"Ninth tier," Xiao Yan said casually.
Zi Yan's eyes widened in shock.
"T That's way too precious!"
Even though she was just a carefree little girl, she understood the incredible value of a single drop of ninth tier magical beast blood.
For a moment, her defiant gaze softened, replaced by an expression of unease.
"It's nothing. I still have plenty of this kind of essence blood," Xiao Yan said with a faint smile.
The next moment, a wisp of seven colored flame ignited at his fingertips.
"Heavenly Flame!"
At the sight of the seven colored flame, Zi Yan's adorable face immediately showed alarm. She instinctively took two steps back, her movements quick and cautious.

Her big, black eyes darted toward Xiao Yan, filled with curiosity and confusion. "Why are you being so nice to me?"
Though she seemed carefree and innocent, she wasn't naive enough to not recognize the extraordinary value of the pills and treasures Xiao Yan had given her. From the ninth tier beast blood to the Transformation Pill, these were treasures not even the entire Jia Nan Academy could offer. Yet, he was gifting them to her as if it were nothing.
"I already told you," Xiao Yan said with a gentle smile. "From now on, you're my little sister."
Hearing this, Zi Yan's black pupils shimmered with an inexplicable mist of tears.
