Chapter 141 - Chapter 141: The Beach?

Bella was itching to give it a try. Her trip to New York had been completely uneventful, which helped restore her confidence quite a bit.

Stanford's third break of the academic year had arrived. Spring break was only two weeks long, but Bella was bursting with excitement to get out and have some fun.

The two of them stopped the car from time to time to ask passersby if there were any beautiful beaches nearby.

Natasha also searched online for several well-known wild swimming spots, but after looking through them, neither of them was satisfied—too many people, and the environment was dirty.

What they wanted was a place with no one around…

Driving along the California highways, they entered Oregon. The state lay between Washington and California and was a typical western state.

Bella sat in the front passenger seat and tilted her head to look over. The little beauty was in a good mood today.

A Bohemian-style long dress, flat strappy sandals, a dazzling necklace—even her makeup was bold and eye-catching. Her energy and presence were completely different from when she stayed home playing video games.

"Very pretty," Bella said, deliberately striking a complimentary tone.

Natasha raised a fist at her, indicating that she was strong and didn't need to be flattered.

Bella sighed helplessly. "Little sister, can you show a bit of teamwork? If I compliment you, you're supposed to compliment me back!"

"I don't know why you care so much about that," Natasha said with an I've seen right through you expression, "but I'm not saying it."

The two chatted idly as they continued into Oregon.

Following directions from a passerby, they arrived at a beach with exceptionally beautiful scenery. The sunlight was abundant, the seawater a deep blue, and a distant island resembled a pregnant woman lying on her back—the outlines of her head, chest, and belly clearly visible. It was a bright, vivid stretch of natural scenery.

The place had no name, no tourists, and no publicity—just an unremarkable, ordinary beach along the West Coast.

"This place is nice. Let's stay here."

"Alright, let's take photos first!"

They got out of the car and snapped pictures toward the distant scenery—landscapes, solo shots, and photos together.

Seeing no one around, they changed into their swimsuits right there on the beach.

Bella's swimsuit was orange-yellow, while Natasha's was wine-red. Their goal was clear: swimming, not a beauty contest, so both wore athletic-style swimsuits.

They helped each other apply sunscreen, then began warm-up exercises before entering the water.

In truth, Bella wanted to test what level her swimming had reached. The beaches near Los Angeles and San Francisco were always packed, and with her speed—far beyond that of world champions—it would be impossible not to draw attention.

She wasn't worried about Natasha discovering anything. The two were already extremely close; the little beauty was well aware of her many extraordinary abilities. Likewise, Natasha was undergoing agent training and often used Bella for sparring practice. There was essentially no concealment on either side.

They simply hadn't fully spelled out each other's secrets yet—that was all.

Bella stretched lazily, fully loosening her body. She closed her eyes and took three deep breaths before stepping into the seawater.

Being around Natasha and those extremely busty women every day made her seem lacking in comparison, but in truth her figure wasn't bad at all—standard supermodel proportions, athletic, healthy, and full of vitality.

"Hey, you didn't bring a surfboard!" Natasha was still lying on hers and paddling forward, while Bella jumped straight into the water.

"Not today. I'll show you what I can do," Bella said.

She kicked off with both feet. Her smooth back glimmered faintly under the sunlight as she cut through the water like an arrow.

So comfortable!

The ocean seemed to cheer for her. Waves stacked layer upon layer, pushing her forward.

"Faster! Faster!" she shouted.

At that moment, a wave crested, the force of the seawater lifting her feet diagonally upward.

"Yeah—!"

Shouting a sound even she didn't understand, she used the moment she broke the surface to perform a clean forward flip. With a sweep of her hand, she shaped the water beneath her feet into a surfboard and shot forward along the wave's direction.

"Hahaha—!"

Bella felt utterly exhilarated, riding her self-made surfboard at will as the water behind her continued to accelerate her.

No disguises. No concern for anyone else's gaze. The freedom of the open sea intoxicated her.

Like riding a roller coaster, she surged deeper into the ocean on the waves, feeling every cell in her body cheering.

Natasha didn't have that kind of ability, but her surfing skills were excellent. After paddling over ten meters, she cut into the wave's path, flipped onto her board, swayed her waist to maintain balance, and let the water carry her forward.

"Yeah—!"

"Yeah—!"

They were like two idiots, shouting and laughing amid the waves.

Bella still had a sense of proportion. Worried about Natasha's stamina, she refused the suggestion to swim farther out after several large waves subsided, and the two turned back.

They surfed on the way out, but on the return trip they had to rely on their own strength. Fortunately, the beach wasn't too far. Waves came and went, sometimes giving them a brief push. After about an hour, they could vaguely see the shoreline.

"Hey, look over there! Naked woman!" Natasha patted Bella's shoulder.

Huh?!

Bella instantly went on alert, lifting her upper body completely out of the water, bright eyes scanning the surroundings.

"Where? Where?"

"Hahaha—you're too cute!" Natasha laughed with a hand over her mouth. Bella angrily kicked at her backside, and the two splashed and chased each other for a while.

"Wait—no. There really is someone over there."

While they were fooling around, Bella spotted a figure about four hundred meters away to her side, waving at them.

Natasha's eyesight was excellent but still within normal human limits—worse than Bella's. Seeing her suddenly turn serious, Natasha felt a bit uneasy. Is there really someone? My bad luck can't be that accurate…

"West!" Bella pointed into the distance, and they swam toward it quickly.

As they drew closer, a voice carried over the water.

"Help!—Help!—"

"There really is someone… and it looks like she isn't wearing much…" Natasha was stunned. At this distance, she could vaguely make out the outline—a woman in a swimsuit, most of her body exposed to the air, lying face-up on a reef.

Once you saw someone in trouble, you generally helped if you could.

"I'll go save her. You head back to shore," Bella said. Her stamina was abundant, while Natasha was already slightly out of breath. Rescuing one person didn't require both of them.

"Be careful. Watch your own safety," Natasha said meaningfully.

She didn't try to force herself. Turning decisively toward the beach, she swam away. There was a sniper rifle in their car—if anything unexpected happened, she could still provide support.
