Before he enters the rift, he looks back for a moment glaring at Myst as he spoke to those around him. He saw all he needed and attached Nox onto his shadow and continued walking to enter the rift.
A pungent smile and malignant aura momentarily released from Myst as Arthur continued walking. Arthur didn't know then that this would be the start of something...
As soon as he entered, the Myst said "We went west". Arthur hurriedly goes east, travelling at high speeds.
{Back to Sophie}
She slowly opens her eyes touching the back of her head where she was hit "Awh" she whimpers out before her eyes go wide open remembering what happened. She rushed up so fast that she got dizzy momentarily before looking around.
For some reason she limps feeling pain on her leg.
She doesn't see Louis' body or Myst, just Bruiser. She brings out a cardiac monitor that attaches onto his heart showing his vital signs from her inventory.
[Heart rate: 0]
[Blood Pressure: 0]
[O2 Staturation:0]
The machine then starts to beat his heart detecting that he has no heart rate. As she is worried that goblin's may come, she moves his body while the machine tries to get his heart rate back. She would stop every once in awhile to heal him to try and help, but nothing.
After leaving a team of goblins arrive picking up a scent and drooling with excitement.
"Please Bruiser stay with me" gasp, wheeze, pant, huff and gulp. Exhausted she tries to catch her breath feeling down on one knee dragging his corpse.
"You want to see your family again don't you" "STAY WITH ME MAN" she shouts out once more.
While still dragging the body..
SWOOSH
An arrow pierces her right shoulder and she cries out in pain. She let's go and falls to the ground.
KEKEKEKE
Ominous laughter echoes across the forest. That feeling of hopelessness comes back to her. Sinking deeper and deeper into despair, her trauma which were shackled down have broken loose. Rising to the top and devouring her. Sitting alone in darkness, a familiar voice calls out to her "I'm right here Sophie". She looks up in desperation and sees him. "Nobody will hurt you anymore" says Arthur.
Arthur reaches out his hand and he says to her "Say the words". She grabs his hand saying
'Radiant Burst'
A huge burst of light emits from her, causing goblins closest to her to get light burns cause blinding. 'AKKKHHH' they scream out as the light blinds them. Arthur travelling at high speeds, sees the light and rushes further towards it saying "Please please".
Arthur gets closer and closer as he starts to pant while running. He sees goblin in front of him and in fine fashion, slices them all down in quick succession. He sees her standing there, hurt and bleeding while a corpse lay on the ground to his left with riddled and impaled with blades and blood soaked soil surrounding it.
Arthur goes closer while reaching out his hand and her soft smile like she has been saved..
THWACK!
Her smile disappears and gets replaced with blood guzzling out of her mouth.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" he screams as the blade gets pulled out and her body drops to the ground. Arthur creates and sends out several dark blades to pierce the goblin as he rushes towards her.
He tries to heal her and notices that she has a cut on her leg that has turned necrotic affecting his healing and almost blocking it.
She tries to speak, but just starts choking on her blood. Arthur looks at her face and sees that distraught look and it breaks him. Tears start pouring down her face as that life she has once gotten back is taken from her.
[Calm Mind Activated!]
He is ready to burst and breakdown but can't. "Stay with me Sophie." "The rescue team will be here soon". He tries to keep her calm, laying on the ground as he holds her but it is no use. With painful tears streaming down her face, she looks him with a soft smile on her face and says "You came, my Her..."
Her body goes limp and eyes look lifeless. "No no no" "This can't be happening again" "WHY DID I COME BACK JUST FOR IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN" "They all left me." "Everyone I care about". His spiralling out of control and he remembers the inside of the med bag. His emotions swell up again..

"Ahh" as he sighs looking up at the sky feeling the rain on his face remembering that he will never be able to feel again.
