Chief Petty Officer Butch Flowers born August 19th, 2527. Was a Pilot in the UNSC Navy during the Great War flying in multiply combat operations in his trusty ole Pelican. Flowers became a notorious flyer during active service in which he commonly flew into hot zones dropping and\or extracting friendly forces.
Due to Flowers ability to quick think on his toes, has managed to pull off some maneuvers only few others can compare to, the most famous one later being Callsign Echo 419. Paired with his manipulative personality and few friends in high places this pilot managed to avoid jail time at critical times over his service.
After a series of deployments Flowers Pelican was shot by a pair of Banshees extracting the lives of a marine battalion that was sent to relieve a ODST Company that was under heavy fire after a failed raid. Flowers managed flying through the low canyons that covered the area of operation. Expertly using the hilly terrain to awkwardly force a landing upright of the Marine Battalion, while lives were still hopping on.. a flock of banshees began to over welm the Pelican forcing it to begin taking off unevenly.. faster.. most importantly.. dangerously. Following the abrupt take off under a quarter of the relief force returned. The approach achieved saved the lives of Flowers and the few Marines aboard.
After this incident Flowers was court marshaled multiple times before flying one more operation where he was shot down during said operation nearly losing his life while losing the lives of half a Marine Battalion after trying to land near a battlefield to have an plasma nade thrown by a lucky grunt with a good arm near the left wing leading to another court marshal that was the final nail in the coffin, leading to his dishonorable discharge and prison sentence.
After serving five months of his seven year sentence Flowers was released on probation due to good behavior, connections built with the prison personal. Following after being released Flowers began forging documents to assumed the name "Jimmy" to rejoin the fight. Following his basic training he was present during the Battle of Meridian, during the earliest days of the battle Jimmy performed a feat in which using the base's coms tower he set off an EMP which stalled the Covie's total control over the air. After several days of hard street to street fighting Jimmy and his platoon were assigned to assist Spartan B-096 in the extraction of a village. Followed up by a raid on Burme-Sur-Mur where accounts said that Jimmy took out three banshees using a single grenade launcher shell, The operation came to be a success due to the combine brains of Jimmy and B-096 before UNSC forces retreated to Annecy, later being brought off world. Whilst being reassigned an email containing an formal invitation into what was called "Project Freelancer" for the name CPO. Butch Flowers... following the "reassignment" Private Jimmy was never heard from again... Thus begins the story of Agent Florida...
