The question of how to prove to Acheron that he was not a character evolved from a dream left Tiriandes, who was also in the dream, at a loss for an answer.
Because of the special nature of Ena's Dream, no matter what method someone who was likewise in this dream used to answer this question, it could ultimately be brought back around to the point of view that "this is also the result of the evolution of the dream."
Fortunately, however, this question did not trouble Tiriandes for long, because a third party from the outside world soon intervened in the conversation.
Just as Tiriandes was thinking about how to answer the question, everyone present suddenly raised their heads and looked in a certain direction, their expressions carrying a hint of confusion.
After only a second, everyone's expressions became serious, because they were quite certain that they had not heard wrong. There really was some kind of sound getting closer and closer, and it sounded like something traveling at high speed.
BOOM!
Just as they were wondering about it, the roof suddenly shattered. The hole created by the Himeko Never Gives Up now had a companion, as a train, a vehicle the group was more familiar with than they could possibly be, crashed in.
A faint amber light flickered around the train. Little Qlipoth's barrier was fully doing its job. Even after smashing through the wall and rushing inside like this, the train had not suffered any damage, and there had not even been much shaking inside the train.
But that did not stop the only conscious girl inside the train from being thrown into a panic.
"Ahhhhh! How do I stop the train!! We crashed!!! Didn't they say Black Swan would help!!!!"
The overly stimulating impact made March's blood pressure shoot up. She stood where she was and screamed in panic.
Then, in the next second, she saw the lever on the control console move back up on its own. At the same time, the various readings on the dashboard began to change. The train's speed quickly slowed down until it came to a stop.
There was no sound at all throughout the process, but for some reason, March always had the feeling that she had somehow been looked down on by the train.
Perhaps her feeling was not wrong...
After all, Nero had said that Black Swan would help stop the train after they arrived, and Black Swan was a "demonic sword" capable of thinking for itself. Compared to forcibly stopping the train with her own body, it was obviously more convenient to bring this thing, which packed quite a punch when it hit people, to life and let it control itself.
Then, after being brought to life, the train saw March's performance inside itself... Wouldn't it be perfectly normal for it to look down on her a little?
Come to think of it, March's current embarrassing state was not the only thing the train had seen...
After the train stopped, March breathed a sigh of relief. She did not really take that feeling of being looked down on to heart.
Beside her, Black Swan swayed its body and gave off a faint sword hum. Although March could not understand what it was saying, merely doing this much should have been enough to remind this silly girl to get on with what she needed to do.
March had not forgotten what she needed to do either, but entering a dream alone was somehow rather frightening when she thought about it carefully.
So, before setting out, March went down the line and hugged several of the cat cakes first.
Although she did not know why these little fellows were unaffected by Ena's Dream, at this moment, the fact that they were also awake instead made people feel very safe.
As Nero's beloved pets, these little things were just as incredible as that child. They generally had incomprehensible stats and fairly high combat power.
Take Little Lan, for example. Having seen this little fellow's performance, March had no doubt that she might get beaten to tears by it.
But unfortunately, for some reason, March could not find Little Lan at this moment. Little Ena and Little Aha had disappeared as well.
Little Qlipoth was reassuring too, though. She would also have to bring Little Xipe and Little Fuli later...
Of these three, one had an amount of shields that made people feel safe, one shared a name with the god worshipped by the family, and the moment one heard the other's name, it was obvious that she was very good at manipulating memetic matter.
She had even previously been possessed by the real Fuli. In the current Ena's Dream, they were practically T0-tier existences.
It was worth mentioning that Little Fuli was already the normal Little Fuli at this moment. According to the previous agreement with Nero, Big Fuli had already gone to catch Aha, who never minded making a spectacle of things.
If the phantom of the Observer's Eye were rashly brought back into existence in the dream, Aha would probably be harshly criticized by the other Aeons afterward.
After all, most of the memories related to the Observer's Eye had been sealed away by Fuli. This was not a part of history that should have happened in this world.
However, this action also brought about another matter. The Aeon of Beauty disappeared very suddenly.
That was because the outcome of the All-Quadrant Zeroing Incident was that Idrila, at the cost of herself, had very fortunately concealed the Observer's Eye's gaze and, to a certain extent, replaced this "eye," all the way until the Observer's individual consciousness had completely settled and awakened in the present.
This part clearly also belonged to the memories that had been sealed away.
At this moment, March did not know that Fuli had already left, although she had not really noticed the matter at all.
After all, when Fuli spoke, she could not understand what was being said. She could only stare blankly with her eyes wide open while Fuli and Nero discussed something. After a while, it was very easy for her to get distracted.
After finding some cat cakes to protect herself, March ran backward through the train car by car, looking outside through the windows in each one to make sure the person she was looking for was there.
Most of the time when she looked out the windows, March did not know where she was at all, nor did she remember how many train cars she had passed. She simply opened the door and got off the train as soon as she saw Acheron's figure.
The moment she got off, several gazes immediately locked onto her. At the same time, she heard the scream of herself... the version of herself in the dream, "Eh!!! Another me! I've had enough of this kind of plot. Why is there always another me every time!"
Compared to March, the others were fairly calm, but they also did not rashly approach the train that had suddenly crashed in just like the Himeko Never Gives Up, nor the March holding the cute creatures.
Nero stood where he was, looking up and down at the March who had gotten off the train, as well as Black Swan, who had gotten off with her.
Leaving Black Swan and the train aside, this March should be the real March, and she might even have come in from reality. After all, Little Qlipoth, Little Xipe, and Little Fuli were a little too conspicuous.
His own cat cakes were most likely unaffected by Ena's Dream. After all, they had basically never appeared in the dream, and... the fact that everyone else seemed to be trying to forget about it and simply failed to notice this point could also serve as a kind of evidence. This was probably because of the influence of Ena's Dream.
And...
If nothing unexpected had happened, directly driving the train into the dream should have been the main body's decision, right? This style of doing things was obviously something I would do myself.
March was also very bold, but she was not as unrestrained and reckless as this.
Hmm... Since the main body had directly told March to drive the train in, there should be a way to solve the problem. March should have come to deliver a message.
Nero quickly deduced the current situation in his mind based on the information before him.
And without a doubt, he really understood himself very well. He had a clear sense of self, was fully aware that he did things without restraint and according to his whims, and simply refused to change.
Nero then concisely and clearly explained his deduction to everyone.
March's eyes lit up when she heard this, and she could not help saying, "As expected of Nero. You actually understood what you yourself were thinking in an instant!"
A compliment that sounded very strange.
Afterward, March once again did her best to be concise while giving everyone else present a detailed account of what had happened between her and Nero, as well as her current thoughts and decision.
