Chapter 7 - Chapter 0

Moon Dragon –

In a world ruled by dragons, harmony once reigned. All dragon clans lived as one, thriving through unity. But as power grew, so did ambition. Eventually, the dragons split into four mighty empires:

Nigra Empire (North): Fierce, cold, known for their battle instincts.

Sahara Empire (South): Hot-blooded and proud, masters of flame and survival.

Emery Empire (East): Wise and noble, they control the knowledge and skies.

Wagha Empire (West): Cunning and resourceful, they dominate trade routes.

Originally, Wagha and Emery traded meat to Nigra and Sahara, while receiving fruits and vegetables in return. But growing tensions and jealousy led to a major conflict.

To prevent war, a new treaty was formed:

Nigra (North) and Emery (East) now trade exclusively.

Sahara (South) and Wagha (West) do the same.

But beneath the surface of this fragile peace... darkness brews. 🌓Dragon Hierarchy & Transformation Rules — Moon Dragon Worldbuilding

⚔️ Dragon Ranking System:

Dragons are divided into three classes based on power, lineage, and rarity:

Alpha (Rare)

Only one or two exist per empire.

Immense power.

Can command even storms or celestial energy.

Always rule as Emperors/Empresses.

A legendary Moon Dragon is rumored to be a Primordial Alpha—one that predates even the empires.

Beta (Elite Class)

High intelligence, strategy, and magic.

Often serve as ministers, generals, or royal advisors.

Strong in both combat and politics.

Gamma (Majority Class)

Common dragon soldiers.

Loyal, brave, but have limited powers.

Form the backbone of the empires' armies.

👤 Dragon Transformation Rules:

Male Dragons:

Born in dragon form.

At age 5, they gain the ability to transform into human form.

Mastering human behavior takes years—many act beast-like until trained.

Female Dragons:

Born in human form.

At age 22, they gain the ability to transform into their true dragon form.

Their transformation is often tied to emotions, love, or war.

Until 22, they may feel "incomplete" or hear the distant "call" of their dragon self. The Binding Ritual – "Kaelith" (Name suggestion for the ceremony)

Every year, under the full twin moons, a sacred ritual called Kaelith is held in the heart of the floating temple Vaelora—where sky touches flame, and time stands still.

When both male and female dragons turn 15, they are called to the ritual grounds. It is a rite of destiny—where fated mates are discovered.

✨ How It Works:

Males, in their dragon forms, stand in a great circular formation—heads bowed, wings still, flames dimmed in respect.

Females, dressed in ceremonial white, walk in one by one.

Each female passes slowly, hand outstretched, touching the scaled snouts or foreheads of the dragons.

If a connection is formed...

> 💫 A Thread of Light bursts from her chest to the chosen dragon, binding them in an unbreakable soul-link.

The dragon shifts to human form, and both collapse from the overwhelming surge of memory, power, and instinct flowing between them.

This string is known as the "Thread of Aeons"—a mark of fate. It can never be faked, forced, or undone.

🌓 Important Notes:

Some females find no match, and must wait another year.

Some males are never chosen, and live their lives in service without bond.

If a female touches a dragon who is not her match, she will feel nothing—a cold silence.

A false match can never happen… unless the Moon Dragon interferes.
