Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Musou no Hitotachi

Seeing the Raiden Shogun arrive and block the exit, Yuuko, beneath his mask, was slightly surprised.

'She truly has eyes everywhere. I only just started acting, and she's already tracked me down...' Yuuko muttered internally.

After thinking carefully, Yuuko said, "Don't worry, General. I'm just here in Inazuma to help eliminate pests. I mean absolutely no harm."

Hearing this, the Raiden Shogun showed no reaction, instead staring directly at Yuuko.

After a long silence, she spoke in a cold voice:

"You possess Archon power. As expected, was the death of the Liyue Archon related to you!?"

The entire cavern was instantly enveloped in thunder and flashing light.

"You! Are Inazuma's enemy! The enemy of eternity!"

"Huh?" This display stunned Yuuko, and he quickly explained, "What?! The Liyue God died, but that has nothing to do with me!"

Yuuko was puzzled. He had also heard about the assassination and death of Rex Lapis of Liyue.

But Yuuko had only been traveling in Liyue for a while recently.

He certainly didn't know how the Archon died or who was responsible.

During his trip, he had merely fought a few Fatui Harbingers in Liyue and, while he was at it, helped Liyue suppress a large sea monster that had emerged from the seabed.

Finally, in Liyue, he was pestered by that pauper Zhongli for a while, paid for many meals, and returned after receiving the yellowish-brown chess piece Zhongli gave him.

How did the death of the Liyue Archon suddenly become related to him, according to the Raiden Shogun?

Besides, Yuuko had never even met the God of Liyue!

However, the Raiden Shogun wouldn't listen to Yuuko's explanation at all, and behind her, an eye made of converging lightning materialized.

The Raiden Shogun took a step forward, her eyes filled with cold indifference and hostility, and she swung her naginata directly at Yuuko.

At this moment, the Raiden Shogun's blade was covered in lightning, and despite its small size, it exuded endless pressure.

As this strike approached, it felt as if the sky itself were collapsing!

This strike was the Raiden Shogun's strongest—the Musou no Hitotachi!

A God's strike!

Bang!

When this strike landed, it created a massive roar, and the entire cavern was filled with the brilliant light of thunder, dazzling in the extreme.

However... after the lightning dissipated, Yuuko's figure was no longer in front of the Raiden Shogun.

The Raiden Shogun frowned, murmuring softly:

"Did he escape..."

After a moment, she put away her naginata and turned toward the exit of the cavern: "Next time we meet, I'll strike again..."

...Meanwhile, on a small hill several hundred meters away from the cavern entrance, Yuuko let out a slight breath.

"Is the Raiden Shogun crazy? She won't listen to any explanation..."

Just now, under the Raiden Shogun's Musou no Hitotachi, Yuuko immediately fled.

Although he could have withstood that strike and fought the Raiden Shogun.

There was genuinely no need to.

He was living peacefully in Inazuma, and Yuuko only wanted a quiet, stable life. Why should he antagonize the God of Inazuma?

"Time to go home and pet the Little Fox."

Shaking his head, Yuuko dissolved the mask on his face, which was composed of Geo Elemental Power.

He walked toward Inazuma City.

By the time he returned to Inazuma City, the sky was already starting to darken.

So Yuuko hurried to a shop to buy some food, went home, opened the door, and found the Little Fox already waiting for him at the entrance.

As soon as Yuuko got home, the Little Fox jumped onto his shoulder and settled down, just like usual.

However, it seemed a little gloomy.

"What's wrong? Did something unpleasant happen today?"

Yuuko stroked the Little Fox's head on his shoulder and asked.

The Little Fox let out a soft cry, then continued to lie on Yuuko's shoulder, half-closing its eyes.

Not knowing what was going on, Yuuko decided to ignore it for now.

He took the purchased ingredients and headed to the kitchen. After some preparation, he intended to start cooking dinner for himself and the Little Fox.

As soon as the ingredients were taken out, the Little Fox on his shoulder let out another cry of dissatisfaction.

This was because the ingredients Yuuko brought home today were neither Fried Tofu nor fried skewers.

Yuuko reached out and patted the Little Fox's head, lecturing it, "It's not good to eat fried food every day. Let's eat something else today. Don't be willful."

The Little Fox cried out in protest again, then settled back down.

Yuuko shook his head and began cooking.

There weren't many ingredients brought back today—just some eggs, lean meat, and vegetables. Yuuko planned to make a very common dish: Egg Fried Rice.

After skillful stir-frying, it didn't take long for Yuuko to finish the portions for one person and one fox.

After dinner was finished, the Little Fox still seemed gloomy.

He still didn't know what was wrong.

Yuuko tried reaching out to stroke its fair, warm little belly. Although the Little Fox still looked clearly unhappy.

Its honest body couldn't help but emit comfortable chirps.

Are you kidding? Yuuko was already intimately familiar with all the sensitive spots and pressure points on the Little Fox's body.

He knew exactly how to pet it to give the Little Fox the maximum amount of pleasure!

What should you do when the Little Fox is in a bad mood? Use Miraculous Techniques to soothe its feelings!

Sure enough, under Yuuko's powerful petting techniques, the Little Fox finally surrendered, lying belly-up on the table and continuously emitting comfortable sounds... Hmm, it was quite cute, but inexplicably, it felt a little suggestive... Strange, it's clearly just a fox, why do I find it suggestive? Did I awaken some incredible fetish? Yuuko secretly sweated, worrying about his future.

Yuuko cleared his throat, pushed those thoughts to the back of his mind, and smiled at the Little Fox:

"Although I don't know what happened, cheer up, alright!"

The Little Fox let out a cry that was both limp and helpless. It seemed to be feeling a little better.

Seeing this, Yuuko smiled and, with lightning speed, grabbed the Little Fox's tail and began rubbing and poking it relentlessly.

The tail was the Little Fox's biggest weakness, and normally, the Little Fox wouldn't let Yuuko grab it.

But who was Yuuko? If he didn't rub the Little Fox's tail every day, he felt uncomfortable inside.

This round of rubbing and poking made the Little Fox jump up and cry out at Yuuko in dissatisfaction... "Hahaha, sorry, I'm going to take a bath first."

Seeing that the Little Fox had finally recovered its spirit, Yuuko went off to take a bath.

After bathing, just like on any normal night, he began his journey of novel creation.

The Little Fox, also as usual, lay on Yuuko's shoulder, quietly watching him write his novel.

After writing all night, Yuuko felt very tired, so he settled the Little Fox into its nest and climbed into bed to sleep.

Deep into the night... the alluring, voluptuous human female figure, covered in fox characteristics, appeared beside Yuuko's bed once more.

This woman climbed directly onto the bed and lay down on Yuuko's right arm.

Looking at Yuuko's sleeping face, she showed a worried expression and spoke softly and gently:

"It seems the incident of the Liyue Archon's death caused a change in Ei's mindset.

"Now she is insistent on enacting the Vision Hunt Decree... Inazuma might not be as peaceful as it is now in the future, sigh... But don't worry, Yuuko-chan, I will definitely protect you."
