Like the title suggest, this is the list of some broken spell card I found in Yu-Gi-Oh anime/manga. No banned card in real life in this list except if they have different effect.
1. Draw spell: There's not much to talk about those cards as everyone already know them so I will just list the name.
- Card of Safe Return (Anime)
- Monster Recovery (anime)
- Card of Demise (Anime)
- Card of Sanctity (Anime)
- Roll of Fate
- Nibelung's Treasure
2. Philosopher's Stone - Sabatiel (Anime)
"When a "Winged Kuriboh" is destroyed, you can add this card from your Deck to your hand. When you activate this card, pay half your Life Points to switch this card with 1 card in your Deck or Graveyard. After you activate that card and it resolves, add this card from your Deck to your hand. If you activate this card after switching cards 3 times by this card's effect, its effect becomes the following effect. This turn, select 1 face-up monster on the field, and multiply its ATK by the number of monsters your opponent controls."
Just look at its effect and you already know why it's OP. If you have Winged Kuriboh, great. But if you don't, you still can draw it normally, there's literally no restrictions with this card. Every card in your deck and your graveyard can be chosen. And it's not once per turn.
Rate: 100/10
3. Mischief of the Time Goddess (anime)
"Skip 1 turn, to your turn's Battle Phase."
Did I even need to explain why this thing is broken? Plus, it's a Quick-Play Spell. Just imagine how many kinds of OTK you can do with this card.
Rate: 100/10
4. Surprise Attack from Beyond
"During the End Phase, conduct the Battle Phase again. You can make a surprise attack from beyond using a monster(s) that were Normal or Special Summoned this turn."
A mini and more reasonable version of 'Mischief of the Time Goddess' but it will still be banned if it keeps it effect when release. I just don't know if it can be activated if we take the first turn since the card say 'again'.

5. Pillager
"Look at your opponent's hand, and you can steal one card."
The similar but weaker version of this card like: 'Confiscation', 'Delinquent Duo', 'Smoke Grenade of the Thief', 'The Forceful Sentry' and even a trap card that a bit weak compared to other 'Appointer of the Red Lotus'.
All of them are banned so it's obviously that this card will be banned too if it's become a real card.
Rate: 10/10
6. Ties of the Brethren (manga)
"Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 2 Level 4 monsters from your Deck that have the same Attribute as a monster you control. They can't attack or be tributed."
What? This card isn't broken at all. What can two level 4 monsters gonna do anyway? They only purpose is to attack and be tribute. Now both of those can't be done so they are completely useless.
Not like there's any level 4 monster with broken effect or anything. What fusion? What Synchro? What Xyz? What Link? I don't know!
You guys don't know how sad I'm when I buy this card but then realized I can't use it to summon God cards. (Slowly hide my Tearlaments deck)
Rate: 0/10 (Worthless card, not recommend)
7. Machine Duplication (anime)
"When a monster with 500 or less ATK is in play, the effect of "Machine Duplication" can Special Summon up to 2 copies of the same card from your Deck. If you do not control a monster with 500 or less ATK, destroy this card and the Special Summoned monster(s)."
This card is not much better than 'Ties of the Brethren' right Yubel-chan? But I will rate it a bit higher since it can be used to summon God card.

8. Flying Dragon Whirl (Anime)
"Select 1 face-up monster you control and send up to 4 Dragon-Type monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. That monster gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster sent, until the End Phase."
Wow! An effect that allows you to increase your monster attack by 1200! The reason why this card broken definitely not have anything to do with it costs that allows you to send any dragon you want to the graveyard. (Look at Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon in the prison)
Also, it's a Quick-Play Spell with none once per turn restriction. The only condition to use this card is you must have 1 face-up monster on the field which hardly a problem.
Rate: 9/10
9. Magical Mallet (Anime)
"Add this card and any number of cards from your hand to the Deck and shuffle it. Then draw the same number of cards you added to the Deck."
Brick savior. You can literally re-draw your entire hand for free! Unlike its real-life effect, this card also shuffle itself, so you don't lose any resources.
Imagine you using Exodia deck and want to stack Spell Counter to activate Royal Magical Library effect, you can use this card. And when you run 3 copies within your deck and only have a few cards left, you can basically have infinity Spell Counter.
Rate: 8/10 (Not as broken as other but just because it can cure my brick hand, it deserves a spot here.)
10. The Seal of Orichalcos
"The activation of this card, or its effects, cannot be negated, nor can its effects be negated. This card increases the ATK of its controller's monsters by 500. This card's controller can Summon monsters in their Spell & Trap Zones, which cannot be attacked unless there are no monsters in their Monster Zones. This card's controller can move monsters from their Monster Zones to their Spell & Trap Zones. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects."
You can protect your deck core just by summon it in the Spell/Trap Zone, but it'll not survive destroy effect. Although this card can't be destroyed or replace by other field spell in anime, banish is still it's hard counter.

11. Orichalcos Deuteros
"The activation of this card, or its effects, cannot be negated, nor can its effects be negated. You can only activate this card if you control "The Seal of Orichalcos". This card has all the effects of "The Seal of Orichalcos", also its name is treated as "The Seal of Orichalcos" while on the field. Once per turn, you can gain 500 Life Points for each monster you control. When an opponent's monster declares an attack, you can Tribute a monster to destroy that attacking monster."
This card is not much special compared to two others seal, it merely there to help you summon Orichalcos Shunoros (Anime) and a necessary step to activate the last seal.
Rate: 7/10
12. Orichalcos Tritos
"You can only activate this card if you control "Orichalcos Deuteros". This card has all the effects of "The Seal of Orichalcos" and "Orichalcos Deuteros". You can negate and destroy any Spell and Trap Card effects that affect your monsters."
This is the strongest Orichalcos card for sure! Your monster instantly gain resist to Spell and Trap Card is on the field, that's enough reason to deem this card as one of the most broken cards in Anime.
Combine it with Mask of Restrict and Skill Drain and your monsters are truly invisible!
Rate: 9/10 (Would have been 10 if not for the number of resources required to bring this card out)
