Doors slammed shut one after another as security shutters dropped, sealing entire sections. Armed turrets rotated into position. The floor vibrated under the weight of bunker-wide lockdown protocols.
The world's most dangerous building had just awakened.
Hundreds of operatives from every division flooded the hallways—Elite Ops, cyber analysts, war strategists, surveillance officers, financial watchdogs. Some were half-dressed, dragged from sleep. Others arrived in full tactical gear. All wore the same expression: FEAR.
CODE BLACK, it was never been used for anything simple.
