Chapter 55
Naruto had never faced a situation like this before. He looked straight at Sakyo and said honestly:
"Uh… well…"
"Do you need me to comfort you?"
Sakyo seemed to remember something. She quickly raised her arm to wipe away her tears and turned her head aside: "Hmph! I don't need it!"
Naruto laughed out loud: "I see~ Got it."
With that, he pulled Sakyo into his arms and looked down at the panicked little cutie: "You've worked hard."
"My original plan was just to awaken your Mangekyō. I didn't expect it to become this dangerous."
"Just now… you really scared me."
From an angle Naruto couldn't see, the corners of Sakyo's small mouth involuntarily curled up. She forced it down, but it curled up again…

Suddenly, Sakyo hugged Naruto tightly. For no reason at all, her heart felt incredibly light.
