Mother made the most delicious meals.

So Persephone did what any other smart dignified young girl would do—stuck her chin up and moved on.
Persephone was a smart girl.
Top of her class.
She was very proud of that and so was Mother.
Her achievements were littered on every wall of her little house in her little room.
She had never gotten below an A-
Lately, Persephone had been feeling restless.
All the classwork was much too easy and homework was done much too fast.
She decided to go up to her teacher for more work.
The class was just that boring. Mother says she's not being mentally "stimulated". Persephone thinks she's just much too smart for that school.
