Chapter 1866 Humanity Through the Ages on This Planet (1/2)

When Zhang Yi heard the word "angel," her heart stirred.

He remembered hearing this term from other underground civilizations, but he didn't know what it meant.

Many people misunderstand terms like "God" and "angel," thinking they are foreign imports, but they are actually traditional Chinese terms.

"God" is mostly used to describe the five gods, while angels are the messengers of emperors.

In Journey to the West, Taibai Xingjun is referred to as the Old Angel by Sun Wukong.

In the novel *Water Margin*, "angel" refers to an official dispatched by the emperor.

However, Zhang Yi felt that the angel Ling described was not quite the same as the one he understood.

Are angels a second generation?

Zhang Yi asked.

Ling shook her head.

"No, angels are a special group. They have no gender, cannot reproduce, and are born only to teach [Asu] how to survive on this planet."

"The only difference between them and Asu is that they possess extremely high spirituality."

"And spirituality is the power of survival, and it also represents wisdom."

"However, the Asu group eventually disappeared. This was because the Creator discovered that this species was a complete failure. They lived, hunted, and reproduced like wild beasts, and were simply unable to observe and understand the world as the Creator had envisioned."

"So the Creator sent a great flood to destroy them."

Zhang Yi sighed, "The Creator clearly has no understanding of the material world, otherwise why would He have created a group of wild beasts?"

Ling nodded.

"The Creator dares not create an overly powerful race. As mentioned before, the Creator is the will born from the aggregation of spirits. And in order to understand this world, He must separate His own spirituality, and when these spiritual substances enter the bodies of intelligent beings, they will sever their connection with Him and become beyond His control."

"If this race becomes too powerful and controls too much spirituality, it may even turn the tables and lose the control of the Creator."

Zhang Yi shrugged: "The network between the main system and the subsystem is disconnected. You're worried that the subsystem upgrade speed will be too fast, right?"

"That's roughly the idea!"

Ling said, "However, after the first failure, the Creator learned from the previous lesson. He believed that lower organisms could not complete the observation task, so when creating the second generation of life, he endowed them with extremely high spirituality."

"This generation of beings is the most favored by the Creator because they are highly spiritual and possess great wisdom. Therefore, they quickly created an extremely advanced civilization and their observation of the world became increasingly broad."

"After creating the second generation, the Creator originally thought that the universe had entered a state of balance and perfection."

"But then, an accident still happened."

Zhang Yi asked curiously, "The Creator's favorites, unless the Creator himself takes action, who can destroy them?"

Ling stared at Zhang Yi, and for some reason, Zhang Yi felt that her gaze was a little strange.

"Themselves."

Ling said this.

"The second generation has an excessively high level of spirituality and wisdom. This leads them to gradually realize that their existence is merely as tools to observe the world."

"Moreover, with the progress of civilization, they began to gradually lose their fertility and began to isolate themselves."

"The young second-generation members of the tribe are addicted to a virtual world and unwilling to accept the fact that they are merely tools. The development of civilization has stagnated, and the tribe has even begun to show signs of shrinking."

"In this way, the world came to a standstill."

Ling paused for a moment, then slowly said, "The second generation is called the Yihen Clan. That is, us."

Zhang Yi had long suspected that a god-level civilization must have come from ancient times and possessed extremely powerful strength, possibly existing for an incredibly long time.

Because the longer a civilization exists, the greater its potential for development.

Zhang Yi looked at Ling and asked, "If you stopped reproducing, why didn't you perish?"

Ling said, "It's very simple, because we have mastered the technique of immortality."

"This is a forbidden ability that touches upon the realm of God!"

Zhang Yi's heart began to race with excitement; for carbon-based life forms, the pursuit of immortality was practically instinctive.

Humans have always feared death and have longed for immortality since ancient times.

Unexpectedly, I actually saw an immortal being!

This means that the so-called five mass extinctions that occurred on this planet did not actually destroy everything!

Even the Ihen race was able to retain their powerful civilization!

"As I said, the Creator dispersed the ether into countless fragments, allowing them to enter the bodies of created beings and enable them to sense the world."

"However, even if the spiritual energy of the etheric realm is enormous, if people do not die, then the power of the creator will continue to weaken."

"Therefore, the self-destruct program of life is set by the Creator."

"After a person dies, the so-called soul, or spirit, will return to the ether with all its sensations in the material world."

"That is what you call heaven or hell. Because a small number of spirits may briefly return to the ether when their bodies die or are on the verge of death, and then return to the material world."

"They experienced the lives of other spirits, and felt the happiness and suffering of others."

"Spirits have a similarity; after returning, they will be close to the spirits that had a strong relationship with them during their time in the material world."

"Those who do evil will feel the pain of dying for their sins; those who do good will receive the feedback that comes from giving kindness to others."

"Others are heaven, other people are hell."

"This is the origin of heaven and hell."

"But ultimately, after returning, they will all become one, and the spirit will return to the ether."

Zhang Yi asked curiously, "So your actions have been punished by the Creator, and he wants to destroy you?"

"No, the Creator did not do that."

Ling shook her head.

"The Ihen race are the gods' favorites, his most satisfying masterpiece. Even though we have glimpsed the secret of immortality, he still holds hope for us."

"Furthermore, having ceased reproduction, we will not obtain any more spiritual entities from the Ethereal Realm. The existing spiritual energy is negligible to the entire Ethereal Realm."

Upon hearing this, Zhang Yi uttered this sentiment.

"In this way, your race can endure! There's no need for reproduction, and the number of individuals won't decrease. Isn't that a wonderful thing?"

Ling countered, "Is immortality truly a joyful thing?"

"In a hopeless future, when you realize that your existence is merely a program set by other beings, you will gradually lose the desire to exist."

The world before Zhang Yi's eyes had changed, from the birth of the planet to the rise of intelligent life, and then millions of high-rise buildings rose on the earth, with technology developing rapidly.

A creature that looks remarkably like a human began to dominate all things.

Zhang Yi felt that all of this looked familiar. He suddenly remembered that the huge stone statue in the black room he found underground looked just like this.

Looking back now, those were things left behind by the Ihen people.

"The Creator loved the Ishtar, but gradually became disappointed in them. He couldn't bear to destroy his most beloved creation with his own hands, but he also needed someone to continue observing the material world for him."

"So at this point, he combined his two previous failures to create a third intelligent life form. This is the third generation of this world—Drucker."

"While the Ihen race is nearly perfect, we possess such high intelligence that we have learned to think for ourselves, thus transcending the Creator's original design. We do not reproduce and thrive according to the Creator's will, but exist as an observer race."

"Therefore, when the Creator created Druckers, He weakened their wisdom and strengthened their physical bodies in the material world."

"They possess incredibly difficult-to-kill bodies, yet they are of low intelligence and extremely brutal. Therefore, after their birth, they quickly became the most powerful beings on this planet. Even the Ihen race, with its advanced civilization, could only struggle to contend with them."

Zhang Yi asked in bewilderment, "The Immortal Ihen Clan, with their extraordinary civilization, couldn't defeat Drucker? According to you, they should just be a group of primitive people."

Ling looked at him and explained, "As I said, after realizing the true nature of this world, the Ihen Clan has begun to become indifferent to existence itself. They have no intention of competing with Drucker for anything, but have been busy searching for the meaning of their own existence."

"Once Drucker has fully matured, their savage growth style will be beyond the control of the Ihen Clan."

Zhang Yi rested his chin on his hand, lamenting the unreliability of the Creator.

Despite being an omniscient and omnipotent god, the three generations of humans he created were all flawed.

"If Drucker really is as you say, unable to even defeat the Ihen race, then you should be the ones who were wiped out in the end, and there would be no humans after you."

Ling nodded.

You've hit the nail on the head!

In the images before my eyes, on the plains of the planet, appeared one enormous, terrifying colossus after another.

They are fierce and brutal, viewing everything as food.

Animals, plants, and even soil will be swallowed by them.

The Creator endowed them with powerful vitality, making them almost impossible to kill.

Meanwhile, the fully armed Ihen warriors, wielding laser weapons, were forced to retreat in their charge.

"In the end, it was the Creator who dealt with the Druckers."

Ling said.

"The talents bestowed upon this race are too powerful, even exceeding the control of the Creator. The Creator only allowed them to observe the material world, not to destroy it."

"Where they go, all living things are destroyed. Even the Ihen race, the Creator's most beloved, will be their food."

"The Creator despises these beasts, so He decided to destroy them completely."

Zhang Yi blinked and asked, "Is it still a great flood?"

Ling looked at Zhang Yi, "There is indeed such a record. The Creator gave the Yihen tribe an oracle, telling them to stockpile enough food in advance and hide underground or on high mountains. Then he unleashed a great flood, completely submerging Druk."

"However, not all Drucker perished; some survived. There was no way around it; the Creator endowed them with such immense vitality when He created them!"

Chapter 1866 Humanity Through the Ages on This Planet (2/2)

"And the surviving Druckers, with their ability to eat anything, quickly multiplied and grew in number."

Zhang Yi couldn't help but facepalm: "This is really hard to kill!"

Ling said, "Seeing that Drucker is about to completely destroy the world he created, this time, the Creator is truly angry."

Zhang Yi raised a new question: "Isn't the Creator omniscient and omnipotent? He can create the entire universe, so why can't he just take action and wipe Drucker off the face of the earth?"

Ling said, "As I said before, the Creator is the overall will of the Aetheric realm. And the intelligent beings on the planet are all part of the Aetheric realm. In other words, each of us is a part of the Creator."

"It is this kind of will, no matter how weak, that cannot be directly obliterated according to the rules of the Creator. It can only destroy the body, but the spirit endures."

"Even the creator can only kill the species he created through external forces."

Something came to Zhang Yi's mind.

Ever since he entered the realm of Ipsilon, he has often heard a murmur in his dreams and seen a white, glowing ocean.

Does that mean I've connected to the etheric realm?

He pondered to himself, and it seemed that he was beginning to find answers to many questions that had been troubling him for a long time.

"How did the Creator ultimately cause them to become extinct?"

Zhang Yi asked.

Ling gave him a deep look, her gaze somewhat strange.

However, she still said, "The Creator created the fourth generation in order to destroy Drucker and protect the Ishtar race."

"This time, he learned from the lessons of the previous three generations. He combined the characteristics of the Ihen and Druk tribes to create a species with a strong physique and extraordinary spirituality—the Ark."

"So these species possess both the form of the Ihen people and the characteristics of the Druk people. According to your six generations, they are half-orcs."

Many images of ancient gods appeared in Zhang Yi's mind.

Fuxi and Nuwa, with human heads and snake bodies; Anubis, with a human body and an animal head...

Are the gods in those ancient myths and legends all from the previous generation?

"The Creator commanded the Ark to fight the Druk and protect the Ihen. Thus began a long war between the two races."

Zhang Yi asked, "And what was the final result?"

Ling said, "At the beginning, the war between the two sides was very close, and it was difficult for either side to defeat the other. But in the end, the Druk people, with their tenacious vitality, finally wore down the Acre people."

Zhang Yi gasped.

"They really know how to survive!"

"That's not all!"

"The Creator gradually realized that Drucker's existence had begun to exceed his control, so he once again sent down divine punishment."

"He had the Arks lure all the Druks to the largest continent on the planet at the time—the Pan Continent. Then he had the Arks and the Ihen build ships ahead of time and leave the continent."

"When only the Druckers remained on this continent, the gods unleashed their divine power, summoning a massive meteorite that sank the entire continent in one blow!"

"At that time, Pan was the very center of the world, and its area was equivalent to that of Eurasia. After it was sunk, its fragments scattered in all directions and slowly formed other continents."

Zhang Yi swallowed.

"To sink the entire continent with a single blow?"

He finally understood why those underground civilizations were so terrified when faced with the might of Heaven.

What a terrifying power that is!

Compared to the arrival of the Ice Age, it was the real catastrophe!

"Could it be that the divine punishments I've witnessed before were all the will of the Creator?"

Ling said, "Let me continue, and all your doubts will be resolved."

Zhang Yi nodded, continuing to listen with many questions in mind.

"Even at this point, Drucker had not disappeared; a small number of his followers had survived."

Zhang Yi was completely dumbfounded.

"They can survive way too long!"

Ling smiled speechlessly, "So, the Drucker people are the Creator's biggest mistake."

"However, although they did not perish this time, their numbers were greatly reduced. If it weren't for this, your next two generations would not have been able to be born at all."

Zhang Yi became even more interested in this matter.

"Tell me what happened after that! Especially about the previous generation of humans, how were they born, and why did they perish?"

Ling said, "The Drucker problem has been temporarily solved, but the Creator still needs someone to continue observing the world for him."

"At this time, our Yihuan tribe had entered a state of self-isolation. The Yak people had also suffered heavy losses in the war with the Druk people, and there were hardly any left."

"The Creator decided to create new humans. So He selected other species on the planet and began to infuse them with spirit."

"These are the fifth generation, the Yi Huan tribe."

"The Creator believes that it was because of its excessive interference that the races that bear spirits have been experiencing problems."

"So by the fifth generation of the Yihuan tribe, he decided to stop interfering himself. Instead, the fourth generation of the Ark people acted as 'angels' to help them grow."

"The Yak people taught the Yihuan people knowledge and language, enabling them to grow up quickly. After a certain stage, the Yak people would leave."

"The Creator does not allow previous generations of humans to appear before the new generation of humans, because that would affect their subsequent development and be detrimental to the observation of the material world."

The mystery in Zhang Yi's heart began to slowly unravel.

He finally understood why so many underground civilizations existed.

Those are civilizations from previous generations.

According to the will of the Creator, they cannot interfere with the lives of humans on Earth; if they do appear, they will be judged by the will of the Creator.

Therefore, those legendary gods who taught humans language, writing, and various technologies were actually the previous generation of humans!

They are their "angels"!

Zhang Yi said, "I think I'm starting to understand. The world on the ground belongs to the current generation of humans, while other humans can only live in worlds we can't see, such as the deep sea or underground."

"But those places also have vast spaces. Why couldn't they develop a great civilization underground or under the sea?"

This puzzled Zhang Yi greatly.

Based on his observations, the number of people in the underground civilization was clearly not very large.

The total population of Nash Kingdom is only a few hundred thousand. Although the exact number of people in the Uluan Empire is unknown, judging from the number of top-tier superhumans, it is impossible for it to exceed that of a large human nation.

Ling said, "It's because of Ling's problem."

"spirit?"

Ling said, "Humans were created for the sole purpose of observing the material world for the Creator. But once a new kind of human is born, the existence of the old kind of human becomes unnecessary."

"Just like those devices you call computers, once a new system is introduced, the old system will be phased out."

"So whether it's the Ark or the I-ring, once they become angels and disappear into the shadows, their reproduction rate slows down. As a result, most of them will slowly go extinct."

Zhang Yi's feelings were somewhat complicated.

In other words, does this massive, global apocalyptic catastrophe mean that the Creator considers this generation of humanity unqualified and wants to eliminate them?

If reproduction is stopped and new spirits are not given, then normal offspring cannot be propagated. Extinction is only a matter of time.

unless--

Zhang Yi looked at Ling.

They too can gain eternal life, just like the Ehen.

"Why did the Yi Huan disappear?"

Zhang Yi asked one of his biggest questions.

Perhaps by figuring out why the previous generation perished, we can find the truth about the end times.

Thus, a way can be found to avoid it.

"Because they have Drucker's genes in their bones."

Ling said in a deep voice.

"They were originally the creation of the gods, a race that was created by combining several previous failures. Their spirituality is not as good as that of the Ihen race, and their brutality is not as good as that of the Druk."

"But the combination of these two traits makes them both intelligent and inherently cruel."

"However, they do not fight like wild beasts, and even appear to be extremely elegant on the surface."

"They created the most magnificent civilization in history, even surpassing us at its peak. But this also brought them destruction."

Ling sighed.

"It was not the creator who destroyed them, but themselves. When technological civilization developed to a certain level and desires became increasingly inflated, they began to destroy themselves."

"A terrible civil war broke out among the various races of the Yihuan people, and most of them died at the hands of their own people. During that period, the entire planet was filled with the smoke of war."

Zhang Yi felt that this situation sounded somewhat familiar.

Because the development trend of their generation over the past few hundred years has been moving in that direction.

He couldn't help but feel a tremor in his heart.

Could it be that the end times are coming because the Creator foresaw their inevitable fate of killing each other?

"But..."

There was something Zhang Yi didn't understand: "The resources of this universe are inexhaustible. If wars are caused by a lack of resources, why not develop the universe? With your or the Yi Huan tribe's level of technology, you should be able to do it."

Chapter 1867 Tianyu Palace (1/2)

If extraterrestrial life truly exists on this world, where are they? — Fermi

...

After hearing Zhang Yi's words, Ling suddenly smiled.

As if she had heard something childish, she looked at Zhang Yi with a hint of pity.

Have you forgotten what I said?

"This planet is a testing ground created by the Creator. And the purpose of the entire universe is to create such an excellent environment."

"So this is the center of the universe. This is the most suitable place in the universe for human habitation."

"Leaving here won't make the outside world any better. Besides—" her tone turned heavy, "we absolutely cannot escape the cosmic vortex centered on the sun!"

Zhang Yi raised an eyebrow.

Cosmic vortex?

So this is their understanding of galaxies.

"Why?"

"Because it makes no sense. And no civilization has ever developed enough technology to support them leaving the solar system you're talking about before they perish."

"No civilization has been able to create a space travel vehicle that can travel faster than the speed of light."

Zhang Yi recalled a term: "curvature engine".

He widened his eyes: "Even with your advanced technology, you can't do this?"

"Light is the limiter of this universe; it is an insurmountable iron law. Everything in the material world is subject to its existence. The only thing that can surpass the speed of light is human will, that is, the [spirit]."

"Therefore, there may be powerful biological individuals that can reach the speed of light. For example, you now, and the unconscious combination of our race."

"But there's no point in doing that. The desolate universe is a dead zone. Humanity dreams of leaving this area, believing that there is a vast world rich in resources outside. But in reality, there is nothing there."

After a long silence, Zhang Yi said stiffly, "At least there are resources there."

"Yes! We've also explored the resources of the universe; we've tried everything you can imagine. It's just that we all failed in the end."

Ling said calmly.

Zhang Yi looked at Ling, thought for a moment, and then asked, "If you had been working hard to research technology since the beginning of the world, wouldn't you have already developed your civilization to cover the entire galaxy?"

Ling said, "Maybe it's possible! But why would we do that?"

"Since you already know that the world is nothingness, and only thought is eternal, why do you chase after illusions in this nothingness?"

Zhang Yi felt he couldn't continue talking to her.

The two people are not on the same level in terms of their thinking.

It's like a beggar who doesn't understand why a millionaire who still has millions after going bankrupt would try to commit suicide.

"I think I understand now. The fifth generation of the Yi Huan clan perished because of self-destruction, so the Creator later created us, the sixth generation."

After hearing the first part of the story, Zhang Yi was already able to imagine what would happen next.

"But we made the same mistake as the Yihuan tribe, and thus faced destruction once again. Is that what you mean?"

Ling replied indifferently, "Who knows? Only after a civilization is destroyed will we know what the creator really wants to do."

"However, you are wrong about one thing: the destruction of the Yi Huan tribe was not entirely due to the Creator."

Zhang Yi raised an eyebrow: "Oh? And why is that?"

"Because of the Druckers."

Ling said the name again.

Zhang Yi's eye twitched involuntarily.

"Wow, how can these guys survive?"

Ling said calmly, "I've already said it, they are the strongest life forms created by the Creator. The Creator originally intended for them to have almost indestructible bodies, but not the ability to think, so that they could observe the world for a long time."

"But unexpectedly, they went beyond our control. Even though the Creator always wanted to kill them, there were always Druckers who survived."

"Moreover, they are becoming increasingly powerful. Even if the Creator no longer allows them to reproduce, they can still continue their lives in their own way."

"And this method is plunder!"

"Plundering spirits from other races is an ability they evolved after experiencing countless devastating blows."

"Every so often, they recover from the devastating blows of the previous generation and begin to plunder the spirits of present-day humans. They kill present-day humans in the simplest and most brutal way."

"That's why they have been attacking humans in every era since they were born."

"The reason why the Yihen Clan chose to hide and no longer appear is also because of them."

"Later, both the Yak people and the Yihuan people were directly wiped out by their hands."

Ling looked at Zhang Yi, "Now, it's your turn!"

Zhang Yi swallowed hard, and he asked with difficulty, "Among our group, is Drucker among us?"

He thought of Yitugar, Changluan, the mysterious underwater people, the boy from the Wuluan Empire, and even the three pillar gods beneath the neon sky.

Ke Ling said, "No, they are all survivors of the Yak and Yihuan tribes."

"However, the Druckers will soon appear as well."

She took a deep breath, her expression calm with a hint of relief.

"Why?"

Zhang Yi clenched his fists, a sense of panic rising within him for reasons he didn't know.

The races they had encountered before were the Ark and the Yihuan, both civilized races, and not as brutal as Drucker, yet they had already posed a great threat to them.

What kind of disaster would it bring if a race that thinks nothing but killing and eating, and that even the Creator cannot destroy, appeared in the world?

Just thinking about it makes one's scalp tingle and a chill run down one's spine.

Ling said, "Because we showed up."

She sighed softly: "Throughout the endless ages, they have eaten everything and destroyed everything in order to survive. And we, who possess the most powerful spirituality, are their greatest target."

Zhang Yi's eyes widened, and he asked loudly in confusion, "If that's the case, why did you open the portal in the first place?"

"With your skill level, as long as you don't show yourself, no one should be able to find you!"

Ling said, "Because we're tired of it."

She met Zhang Yi's gaze calmly. Suddenly, Zhang Yi felt a gentle breeze blow over his body. The white light behind Ling slowly dissipated, as if a large hand had brushed away the fog, revealing a brightly colored world behind it.

Behind Ling and in front of Zhang Yi, a tall staircase appeared, suspended in mid-air.

The world around me was filled with long, film-like images that swirled continuously in mid-air.

Zhang Yi glanced around, his eyes filled with curiosity and confusion.

"Where is this place?"

Ling turned around and walked upwards step by step.

Zhang Yi quickly followed.

He looked up and saw what appeared to be a huge object floating at the top of the long staircase.

The staircase was very long, seemingly with thousands of steps, yet the enormous object was clearly visible, making its immense size unimaginable.

Its shape resembles several elliptical wheels intertwined, with a hollow center, the wheels rotating slowly as they overlap.

"The Ihen race is tired of this world and no longer wants to reproduce in service of the Creator."

"However, the death mechanism set by the Creator for living beings still exists. Unlike Drucker, they do not have an almost indestructible physical body, so the demise of the physical body is inevitable."

"So later, we developed something like this [Tianyu Palace]."

"The spirits of all the Ihen people have left their bodies and entered this palace."

"Here, we have created a world that is much larger than the material universe."

"Our spirits can exist eternally within this and will not be taken back by the Creator from the ether."

"In the Heavenly Palace, we can enjoy all the pleasures of the material world and live as we please. In this way, countless years have passed."

Zhang Yi was deeply shocked.

"We humans have also talked about uploading our consciousness to the cloud to achieve immortality. I never imagined that someone had already done this billions of years ago."

Ling and Zhang Yi walked upwards together.

"But a long life, an endless life, eventually becomes tiresome."

"Because in this place, there are only spirits, and the spirits are well protected and cannot return to the ether. Therefore, there is no death here, and even the subjective desire to commit suicide is impossible."

"People's lives consist of only one thing: pleasure."

"In the early days, people lived very happily because all their wishes could be fulfilled."

"However, when people have no goals, they will quickly fall into endless suffering."

"A repetitive daily life, the inability to reproduce, and the lack of work to do can lead to self-doubt."

"In order to solve this problem, we have also created jobs so that people can experience troubles and find life goals in addition to enjoying themselves. But since we understand that everything is virtual, we naturally cannot get any motivation."

Ling turned her head and glanced at Zhang Yi, a glance that seemed to span millions of years.

Do you know how long this process took?

Zhang Yi honestly shook his head: "I don't know."

Ling softly uttered a number.

"Based on the orbital period of this planet, it is 4.5 billion years."

Zhang Yi: "..."

What else could he say? He was speechless.

4.5 billion years is the same as the lifespan of this planet.

To endure endless repetitive days in such an environment is indeed an extremely terrifying thing.

"So, you're tired of it all? You want to destroy yourselves?"

Zhang Yi finally understood everything: why the Yihen Clan had deliberately exposed their location, and why they had selected so many trial participants to enter their world.

Perhaps they simply wanted to put an end to their existence, to conclude their 4.5 billion-year-long eternal solitude.

However, they didn't want everything they owned to disappear for no reason, which is why they held such a trial, so that someone could inherit their possessions.

Chapter 1867 Tianyu Palace (2/2)

The two walked step by step towards the top of the stairs, and the closer they got, the larger the nested rings became.

Its size is indescribable, making one feel as if it were a star floating overhead.

Zhang Yi's feelings were hard to describe; he didn't know whether he should be excited or melancholy.

He can really solve a problem that even the second-generation Ihen race of a god-level civilization couldn't solve?

Oh, no, that's not right.

The Ehen race didn't care about these things at all. They were tired of their long lives and naturally wouldn't consider anything in the material world anymore.

Soon, they will return to the ether.

Zhang Yi lowered his head and asked softly, "May I ask, does the creator you speak of have a name?"

"A name? The Creator is the Creator; He doesn't need anyone to call him by his name."

"It's just for symbolic meaning that we take the first voice of the oracle that mankind heard as his name."

"That voice is [JHW]."

Zhang Yi closed his eyes; at this moment, everything had formed a closed loop.

"JHW, Jehovah. Kagago, Pangu, Atum, Apsu, Jehovah."

In a daze, Zhang Yi thought of many things, but his mind was now clear.

At this moment, Ling said something else.

"And we, the Yihen race, also call it the [Primordial Origin], or [Chaos]."

Zhang Yi paused for a moment, then gave a wry smile.

"That's quite a coincidence."

Before they knew it, they had reached the top of the steps, where there was a huge platform. The enormous Heavenly Palace hung high above them like a star, making them unconsciously look up and feel a sense of awe.

But once Zhang Yi stepped onto the platform, he realized that he wasn't the only one there.

Besides him, two other people came from another route.

One is Yang Xinxin, and the other is Wang Yitujiaer of the Cangyuan Clan.

"I thought I was the only one who passed the trial."

Zhang Yi narrowed his eyes and coldly sized up Yitugar.

Once this guy leaves this world, he will definitely become a huge threat to Zhang Yi and even the entire human race.

Beside Itugarh stood a knight wearing a cross mask.

Beside Yang Xinxin stood two knights, one wearing a rabid helmet and the other a thorn helmet.

Zhang Yi looked at Ling with confusion: "By the way, I haven't asked yet, what kind of beings are you?"

Ling said, "We are [humanoid communication devices for contacting organic life forms] created by the administrators. All members of the Ihen Clan have detached from their organic existence and entered the Heavenly Palace as spirits."

"However, when carrying out special missions, we need to reduce the dimension, so we imitated the creator and created this terminal."

She looked at Zhang Yi, the coldness on her face slowly fading, and she returned to the mischievous and clever person she used to be as Agent Ling.

"We sensed that this world was about to enter a new cycle, so we sent me to find a life that could inherit everything from us."

She looked in the other two directions and said calmly, "In the final trial, everyone died. So the administrators asked us to vote on who will inherit everything from the Ihen Clan."

"Every knight has the right to vote."

"It's obvious that the girl next to you is more popular."

Zhang Yi shrugged: "She's always been the best!"

Zhang Yi never hesitates to praise his colleagues.

Zhang Yi and Yang Xinxin exchanged glances and nodded in tacit agreement, but their eyes were filled with wariness as they looked at Yitugar.

Itugar also gave the two men a slow, unfriendly look.

"The legacy of the Ihen race should belong to me alone. How could such inferior beings be here?"

He said with dissatisfaction.

The Knight of the Cross looked at him and said, "Everything is the arrangement of fate. This gift may be very heavy. Are you really prepared?"

Yitugal answered without the slightest hesitation, "Of course! I'm willing to give everything for it. Even my life!"

Zhang Yi raised his head and looked up at the Tianyu Palace in the sky.

At that moment, he realized that this was the most important thing to him.

What exactly is the heritage of the Ihen tribe?

The Source of God?

No, he already understands what the source of God is.

To be precise, it is spirit, ether.

It is the most important existence among intelligent life forms.

The more spiritual a creature possesses, the closer it is to the Creator, which is why it can possess extraordinary power in the material world.

Because everything in the material world originates from ether, exists because of human observation, and can naturally change because of the observing subject [spirit].

This is why superhumans don't need to follow the law of conservation of energy in the material world. It's like playing an online game where a single action from the player can achieve all sorts of counterintuitive feats.

"Ling, what exactly is the final reward?"

Zhang Yi looked at Ling.

Ling's expression was somewhat strange at this moment. She didn't look at Zhang Yi, but kept staring at the Tianyu Palace in the sky.

"Suddenly I'm going to return to the ether, and 'I' will disappear and become a part of Kagago. I've been tired of this endless life for a long time, but the feeling of suddenly having to leave is still a bit strange!"

Zhang Yi opened his mouth, then slowly said, "You're leaving too?"

Ling nodded.

"The Yihen Clan, with 14.8 billion spirits protected by the Tianyu Palace, or rather, sealed away. For billions of years, no one has been able to find us."

"And this loss of mass has a significant impact on the two universes that followed. Now, we are going to return this mass."

She looked at Zhang Yi with an extremely strange expression.

"The story I've told you, and everything you're about to experience, is our final gift to life for this world."

The moment she finished speaking, Zhang Yi seemed to hear the sound of something breaking.

He looked up, and the enormous, star-like Heavenly Palace shattered instantly. The buildings made of matter scattered like snowflakes, but without leaving any dust, as if they had vanished into thin air.

Immediately, a vast expanse of white light surged forth from all directions like a tsunami!

Zhang Yi's eyes were filled with endless white light. In this white wave, his body seemed to become naked, allowing the massive white light to wash over him.

In this endless wave, 14.8 billion units of spiritual energy from the Ihen race were completely released.

When Zhang Yi looked closely, he could vaguely see one white sphere after another.

The scene was incredibly familiar, reminding Zhang Yi of a dream he often had.

It turns out that his countless dreams were his thoughts, his ideas, his spirit, connected to the ether.

...

The outside world, the area outside Chernobyl, is now teeming with people; nations and organizations from all over the world have sent representatives.

Those who were eliminated from the previous trials are also waiting here for a result.

Naturally, no one had forgotten their grudges against the mechanical race. However, for the time being, this issue had to be put aside, and no one dared to disturb the progress of this trial.

Loridek, sword in hand, stood away from the crowd, awaiting the return of his king.

He was covered in wounds, which were left before he entered the trial space and could not be repaired.

But his strength is undeniable, and no one dares to risk their life against him.

From Fremont, northwest of the original Chernobyl site, lies the Sahara Desert in Africa, a distance of over 5,000 kilometers.

In the desolate desert, looking down from the sky, one can find a huge circular crater.

It has a diameter of 48 kilometers and looks just like a giant eyeball.

It has a very famous name – the Eye of the Sahara.

The 369 polyhedra in the sky, used for observing planets, began to slowly disintegrate, symbolizing the end of a civilization.

Suddenly, in this desolate land that had existed for an immeasurable age, the enormous eyeball seemed to come alive and began to rotate in an incredible way!

A storm surged in the desert, with yellow sand billowing into the sky. The Eye of the Sahara spun, and the earth and rocks trembled violently, as if a demon buried here in ancient times had suddenly awakened!

The world was shocked by this sudden sight!

"Those multifaceted aircraft in the sky suddenly began to disintegrate!"

"what is going on?"

"They must have been sent by the civilization behind the portal. Could something have gone wrong?"

"We don't know; we have no way of observing what's happening behind the door."

"Damn it, what's going on with the sky over Chernobyl?"

...

Satellites from around the world suddenly revealed that the area above Chernobyl had turned completely dark.

It was as if a black eye had covered everything.

A violent storm surged above Chernobyl, and thick, dark clouds seemed to be dragged over by something in an instant, covering the entire area.

Fatty Xu and the others quickly regained their footing. It was only after Hua Hua grew to a gigantic size that she used her body to protect everyone from being blown away by the strong wind.

"What on earth is going on? Damn it! I can't even see my own fingers when I reach out my hand!"

"That's good, then no one will know you're ugly."

"Nonsense! I'm obviously very handsome, at least second only to my older brother in Tianhai City!"

"Ha, your tone is louder than your athlete's foot!"

As the group joked around, suddenly light appeared on the barren plains of Chernobyl.

Deng Shentong lit up a star, bringing light to this world.

Chapter 1868 The Druckers (1/2)

The light that Deng Shentong created allowed everyone to temporarily see the world before them, but beyond this light lay a darkness as thick as ink spreading out.

It was as if something was compressing the light, preventing it from spreading out.

Fatty Xu muttered, "Young Master Deng, can't you turn the lights up a bit?"

Deng Shentong glanced at him and said with some dissatisfaction, "Do you think it's because I don't want to?"

He raised his head, squinted slightly, and his eyes held a hint of caution and fear towards the unknown.

"Something terrible has appeared, and my power has been suppressed in its presence."

Everyone was on high alert, staring at the sky above.

Dark clouds covered everything in the sky and earth; the darkness was like an abyss, seemingly capable of swallowing even light.

The wind howled in my ears, like the roar of millions of wild beasts in the dark clouds.

Liang Yue couldn't help but place her right hand on the hilt of the knife, her eyes sharp, ready to face any potential threat at any moment.

Throughout the entire Chernobyl wasteland, everyone was on edge.

Since Fremont's transformation, too many things have appeared in this world that defy their common sense.

And what can they do in the face of all this?

All we can do is face the unknown darkness of today, grip our weapons tightly, and wait for the unknown to arrive like a helpless child.

Beyond the gate of light, the Heavenly Palace dissipated.

At this moment, Zhang Yi felt completely refreshed, and the three of them felt as if they had undergone a thorough baptism.

The 14.8 billion units of spiritual energy of the Ihen race were released from the Heavenly Palace, and they will eventually return to the Aether.

Immersed in such a vast ocean of spirit, Zhang Yi felt as if she had returned to her mother's womb, comfortable and warm.

Many fragmented memories surfaced in his mind, memories of the past experiences of these Ihen people.

Like a gentle breeze, it left no trace in his mind and quickly dissipated.

Zhang Yi felt the same way when he first joined Ether.

It was like a dream. When you wake up, you don't remember anything, but the feeling still lingers.

The Ihen race is a race created by the Creator, possessing the highest level of spirituality.

These 14.8 billion units of spiritual matter have a mass exceeding the total mass of all spirits in the entire universe. Zhang Yi and the other two, located at the very center, are bearing the power of this explosion!

At this moment, Zhang Yi finally understood why the manager had seemed indifferent when he asked for a reward.

After all, compared to such a grand baptism, all material rewards seem so insignificant!

Yang Xinxin closed her eyes, and her body had become almost transparent.

Under the endless baptism of spiritual energy, her physical body in the material world became dispensable, and she now belonged to a higher-dimensional being.

Feeling the changes in himself, Yitugar shouted excitedly.

"Ah—this feeling, this is it! It's so wonderful, I can feel myself transforming. Perhaps this is the opportunity for me to break free from the fifth-level life form and transform into a sixth-level superdimensional life form!"

Suddenly, he burst into tears.

"Wrong, all wrong! The path that the Cangyuan Clan has taken was destined to fail from the very beginning."

The Knight of the Cross told him the nature of the material world.

What has form has no power, and what has no form has power.

The spirit is the true essence of the universe. Therefore, their abandonment of cultivating their own spirituality in pursuit of developing mechanical civilization is tantamount to embarking on a heretical path that deviates from the true way.

No wonder they ultimately met their demise.

...

At this moment, Zhang Yi was immersed in an ocean of spiritual matter. His body did not change at all; only his true form, the [spirit] within him, was growing vigorously.

He understood what the spirit of the ritual and the source of the gods truly were.

When the spiritual matter returns to the ethereal realm, it will detach from the energy remaining in the material world. This energy will be absorbed by other intelligent beings, enabling them to complete their transformation.

The Source of God is the impurity removed from the [Spiritual Matter]. This substance contains what intelligent beings have gained throughout their lives. Therefore, only intelligent beings of the same species can absorb it and evolve from it.

However, for other intelligent beings, it became a deadly poison.

Therefore, the source of the gods can only allow people to break through the limitations of the genetic lock.

The spirit of the ritual is the purest spiritual power; absorbing it is harmless and allows one's own spirit to grow continuously.

Zhang Yi wandered in this torrent, while the four knights stood far to the side, guarding everything they inherited from the Yihen Clan.

The Thorn Crown Knight looked at Yang Xinxin, Yitugar, and Zhang Yi, and his voice suddenly carried an ancient and distant sentiment.

"How far will those who inherit our legacy go?"

"Can they find the answer to what we ourselves failed to accomplish?"

The knight in the rabies helmet sighed softly, "Difficult, difficult, difficult."

"If this world is a fabricated illusion, and the meaning of all our existence is arranged by a supreme will, then our existence is illusory, so how can we break free from this impasse?"

At this point, a look of confusion appeared in his eyes, and then he asked himself the question that the administrator had asked during the initial trial.

What, then, is the meaning of life?

No one could give him an answer.

They were tired of the repetitive cycle and decided to leave, leaving the problems to future generations.

However, at that moment, the administrator's voice suddenly rang out above Tianyu Palace.

"Warning! The Spirit Realm is under attack and is about to be breached!"

Upon hearing this voice, the four knights' gazes immediately sharpened.

"Has it finally arrived?"

They didn't seem surprised at all, as if they had expected this moment to come.

"Snap!"

Above the white sky, a black crack suddenly appeared. The crack grew larger and larger until it shattered with a "crack!"

The collapse of the celestial dome of the Heavenly Palace, a barrier built with advanced civilization technology and existing for billions of years, was utterly destroyed at this moment.

Beyond the radiant Heavenly Palace lies an indescribable darkness.

The commotion made Zhang Yi open his eyes and look up.

At that moment, he witnessed a scene he would never forget.

Above the heavens, the walls of the Heavenly Palace, like an eggshell, were breached by an immense force from the outside.

Outside the opening, an indescribable, yet hideous and terrifying face appeared!

What kind of face was that?

The face, enormous beyond imagination and as black as an abyss, was almost entirely obscured except for a single blood-red vertical pupil located in the very center of its forehead, which suddenly snapped open!

Behind him lay a dark abyss, like the wheel of fate spinning behind his head, with a large amount of spiritual energy unconsciously dissipating along the damaged area.

Suddenly, a jet-black arm popped out from the hole, and then stretched out, forcibly grabbing a large amount of spiritual energy into his palm as if it were attracted by something.

Zhang Yi stared in disbelief at the scene. With that grab, he seemed to hear the wails of countless spirits.

However, this may be his illusion, because spiritual beings who choose to return to the ether and leave the material world will lose their own thinking.

With a single grab, the dark monster seized at least hundreds of thousands of spiritual essences in its palm.

Then Zhang Yi saw a pale white gash on his dark face.

He opened his mouth wide, each tooth as sharp as a knife. He tilted his head back, stuffed all the spiritual energy into his mouth, and then swallowed it with great relish!

Zhang Yi was completely stunned by this scene. Although they were at a great distance, he could still feel the monster's enormous size and terrifying nature.

He seemed to come from another world, as if he wanted to completely destroy the entire Tianyu Palace.

Zhang Yi also deeply felt the insignificance of his own life.

Before him, all living beings seemed to be nothing more than bait.

He realized what this was.

That was the creator's failed creation, a terrifying creature that even the creator's repeated divine punishments could not eradicate—the Drucker!

"Boom!!"

Zhang Yi heard the sound of thunder, as if some powerful will was descending from beyond the dark sky.

A moment later, a massive beam of light descended from the deepest part of the universe and slammed into the back of the pitch-black Drucker Titan!

"boom!!!!"

The vastness and power of the cosmic light, even from a great distance, filled Zhang Yi with dread.

He, Yitujiaer, and Yang Xinxin stared up at the scene, completely stunned.

The energy impact of that dimension was beyond their imagination!

They knew that it was the Creator Kagago who had intervened!

But the dark Drucker blocked the Creator's attack!

The enormous dark vortex behind him was spinning rapidly, as if it could devour everything in the material world.

Ling once told Zhang Yi: Those guys can devour everything in the material world!

Zhang Yi, however, stared blankly at the dark Drucker colossus, lost in thought.

That dark power, that enormous black hole vortex, felt incredibly familiar to him.

That power seemed to be of the same substance as his void power!

Zhang Yi had no idea where the power of the void came from.

However, once his spatial abilities reach a certain level, he can draw upon this power from the plane of the other dimension.

At this moment, he saw the Drucker Colossus fighting against the might of the heavens. The enormous dark vortex was like a huge black sphere, hanging high behind the Drucker Colossus, devouring the cosmic light sent down by the Creator.

Zhang Yi's body trembled with excitement; that was the true form of the power of the void.

Powerful and dark, capable of devouring everything in the world!

The vast ocean of spiritual energy washed over Zhang Yi's body, and at that moment, a passage of text suddenly appeared in his mind.

"Hiding from fate, avoiding cause and effect, all sorts of shackles bind the true self;"

"Following the will of Heaven and accepting the consequences of my actions, only today do I truly know who I am."

"Once you attain enlightenment and see your true self, what fear is there of the old shackles? The shackles of the world are but a dream, formless, without appearance, and without self."

This passage comes from the original text of Wang Shouren's "The Study of Mind".

Ever since obtaining that scripture, Zhang Yi had treasured it. Unfortunately, his classical Chinese was limited, and his spiritual level was not high enough. Even with Yang Xinxin's help in interpreting it and understanding the literal meaning, he was unable to truly grasp its essence.

Until this moment, after the 14.8 billion units of spiritual energy from the Ihen race washed over his body and cleansed his self, and after witnessing the scene of the Druk giant fighting against the divine might of the creator, he suddenly realized something in his heart.

Chapter 1868 The Druckers (2/2)

It's hard to explain, but it has deepened my understanding of myself and of time and space.

The Four Horsemen showed no fear whatsoever when they saw the arrival of Drucker the Giant.

They could not allow Drucker to continue devouring those spiritual substances. Returning to the ether was God's ultimate will, and Kagago also needed the results of billions of years of observations of the material world by these 14.8 billion spiritual substances.

So, they decided to take action!

The organic terminal created by the Ihen Clan represents their most powerful combat system, possessing the ability to rival Drucker.

The spiritual baptism was now coming to an end, the light began to fade, and the entire Heavenly Palace was bathed in a radiant glow—a radiance emanating from the spirits.

Not only Tianyu Palace, but at this moment, the outside world was also illuminated brightly.

No matter where on the planet, a hazy yet magnificent radiance lingers, as if bidding a final farewell to the world.

In the capital of the Holy See, the Catholic Church, Pope Alexander X knelt in Theseus Square, his eyes filled with tears as he prayed.

"This is the will of the gods! Everything will eventually return to heaven! Only by believing in the gods can one find liberation!"

On a small island in the Pacific Ocean, Montesquieu, the chairman of the Pupil Organization, sat in a wheelchair, gazing intently out the window.

At this moment, it should be nighttime here, but the outside world is shrouded in a hazy, sacred white light.

A strange emotion welled up in his somewhat cloudy eyes.

"A great catastrophe is about to occur!"

He gazed at the sky and spoke slowly.

On the desolate wasteland of Chernobyl, those closest to the spatial node were all astonished by the miracle before their eyes.

Just then, Deng Shentong suddenly frowned.

He touched his forehead and suddenly felt that something had changed in his body.

It seemed that his eyes could see more clearly, and his body felt lighter.

With the release of 14.8 billion units of spiritual matter, the essence of the spirit returns to the ether, and the energy contained within the spirit will be completely released throughout the entire material world.

The impact of this change on the entire world is more than ten times greater than that of the Ice Age that struck three years ago!

Many of the survivors found themselves noticeably changed on this day.

In many corners of the world, some people who were previously thought to have no special talents have suddenly begun to awaken their abilities.

Those who had already awakened their abilities earlier unexpectedly experienced a second awakening, resulting in a leap in their power.

"miracle!"

People exclaimed excitedly.

...

Inside the Heavenly Palace, Zhang Yi closed his eyes, sensing the subtle changes he had just comprehended.

A greatsword appeared in the hand of the Crusader, and with a single swing, a massive portal of light appeared before him.

"You should leave here quickly! We will stop him, and then we will return to the ether."

He spoke to the three men in a completely emotionless tone.

Zhang Yi slowly opened his eyes, and he suddenly felt a strong killing intent coming from not far away.

That was Yitugar's gaze, his eyes filled with undisguised killing intent.

Having obtained the legacy of the Ihen tribe, Itugar felt that he was getting closer and closer to a higher-dimensional being.

He had the opportunity to save the Cangyuan clan from extinction and restore its glory.

But before him were two other people who, like him, had been baptized by the ocean of spiritual energy.

He cannot tolerate such a thing existing in this world.

However, none of that matters anymore.

He would kill those two people as soon as he left this place.

No matter how talented they are, once they enter the outside world, the gap in strength between them and others becomes insurmountable.

Zhang Yi knew very well what Yitugar was thinking, and he thought the same thing.

At this moment, Ling is no longer the same as before.

She walked forward step by step, and an ice-blue glow gradually appeared on her body, forming a kind of armor similar to dragon scales.

The thing she was holding in her arms, wrapped in a white cloth, was actually a huge long sword!

Zhang Yi hadn't considered that it was a knife, because it was so big, it was practically like a stick.

If this weapon were hung on the waist, it would be impossible to draw it.

But the next moment, Ling showed Zhang Yi the correct way to use it.

She raised the enormous longsword high above her head with both hands, and then with a clang, she pulled it out! Her posture was as if she were about to split open a giant mountain!

The moment the scabbard was pulled open, an incomparably powerful radiance shot into the sky, heading straight for the Druk Titan like an eternal rainbow!

With a single cut, a huge gash appeared in Drucker's chest! Deep enough to expose the bone!

Zhang Yi looked at Ling's back; her body was slowly dissipating, and her spirit was also slowly disappearing.

If it weren't for her decision to return to the Aether, she might have been able to fight against Drucker the Titan all by herself.

After all, this is a powerful race favored by the Creator.

"Ling!"

Zhang Yi called out her name from when she was human.

Ling didn't turn around, but said, "Let's go! It's not safe here. We're about to return to the Ether, and all we can do is get you out of here."

Knowing that time was of the essence, Zhang Yi quickly said, "Could I ask you for one last favor?"

Only then did Ling turn around and glance at Zhang Yi.

She gave this human she was interested in one last look.

"Um?"

...

Itugar took one last look at the sky; the battle there was no longer something he could participate in.

A look of longing appeared in his eyes. Now that he had obtained the legacy of the Yihen Clan, his greatest wish was to make the Cangyuan Clan rise again, use the legacy of the Yihen Clan to dominate the world, and finally achieve eternal existence.

He couldn't understand the troubles of the Ihen people, after all, their civilization hadn't lasted that long, and they had never achieved true immortality.

They were defective products, and even he, over the long years, had almost decayed.

Itugar turned around and flew swiftly toward the portal of light.

However, just as he approached the portal, his pupils suddenly contracted, and his body came to a sudden stop in mid-air.

In front of that portal of light, a massive dimensional gate blocked the exit.

Itugar could clearly sense the fluctuations and changes in space.

Zhang Yi and Yang Xinxin appeared nearby, and Yitujiaer turned his head to meet their gaze.

"Want to leave here? Do you think I'll give you that chance?"

Zhang Yi's voice was extremely cold, like a biting wind blowing past Yitugar's ears.

Yitugar narrowed his eyes, staring at the two ants in front of him.

He acknowledged that the two guys had great potential and, given enough time, would grow to an amazing level.

However, at present, these two people are no threat to him at all.

"At a time like this, instead of thinking about escaping this dangerous place, you still want to fight me?"

Itugar surveyed the battlefield in the sky.

Four Ihen knights were besieging the giant god Druk. They isolated the energy fluctuations, but the scene was still breathtaking.

Zhang Yi shook his head, his tone indifferent.

"You're a greater threat to me if you leave here!"

In the eyes of the Drucker Titan, someone like Zhang Yi was someone to whom none of the so-called strongmen of the outside world were qualified to become his food.

But once Yitugar returns to the outside world, he will surely cause a huge upheaval, and countless people will die because of him.

The peaceful world that Zhang Yi longed for will never exist again.

Moreover, Zhang Yi knew that Yitugar would definitely kill him first!

Therefore, he wanted to kill them here while their strength was brought to the same level!

"Heh."

Itujar laughed dismissively.

Zhang Yi said calmly, "I forgot to tell you. This world is collapsing, and its rules are slowly being lifted. I asked Ling to lift the rule about resurrection outside after death. So if you die here, you're really dead!"

The Ihen race, who have mastered the technology of immortality, can allow their spirits to exist independently of their bodies, and then create new bodies at any time.

The true spirit cannot be destroyed; it will only return to the ether.

Therefore, the way to bring the dead back to life is to prevent the true spirit from returning to the ether, then use technology to repair the physical body, and then inject the spirit.

Itugar's gaze grew even colder.

He laughed, his body trembling violently.

"Hehe, hehe hahahahaha!!!"

He covered his face and laughed wildly.

"You think you can kill me? How about it, are you going to use that fortress tactic again?"

Yitugar pointed his sword at Zhang Yi, "Sorry, that tactic is useless here!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the sword in his hand suddenly stabbed towards the dimensional gate that blocked the exit.

Spatial oscillation!

He needs to break through this dimensional gate; if he can get out, he will win!

"Whoosh!"

Zhang Yi stepped forward, blocking Yitugar's path.

Itujar's sword did not stop; it was even faster than before. Having undergone the baptism of the ocean of spiritual energy, he had also transformed.

The crimson sword, with its invincible sharpness, pierced directly towards Zhang Yi!

This sword strike can shake open space; even if Zhang Yi used the Myriad Manifestations of the Universe to defend against it, he might not be able to block it!

Unless he avoids it, but he knows Zhang Yi won't avoid it.

A difficult choice lay before Zhang Yi.
