Damian transmigrated into the world of One Piece and lived a peaceful life for twenty years. But everything changed the moment he awakened a mysterious system— the Chaos System. From that day on, the One Piece world would never be the same. “What do you mean,” civilianz started shouting by seeing the screen. “that Vice Admiral Garp is secretly trying to take control of the world through his children and grandchildren?!” “What do you mean Red-Haired Shanks has a nephew who’s a Celestial Dragon, and that his child will become the strongest being alive?!” “What do you mean Kaido, one of the Four Emperors, was killed by a new samurai from Wano named Yoriichi Tsugikuni?!” “And what do you mean Whitebeard has a biological son who will inherit his entire pirate crew in a few years?!” The peaceful era ends— and Damian’s chaos begins.

Chapter 1 - Beginning

This fanfiction would have characters from different anime's. If you want your favourite manga or anime character to be in fanfiction then give me a run down off that character his motivation and personality so I can integrate them in this story.

________________________________________

"Ahh yes, this is going to be a big one," I muttered as I pulled with all my strength on the fishing rod, sitting peacefully in one of the quietest parts of the East Blue.

Splash!

I fell back onto the sand, my catch landing beside me and throwing sand everywhere.

It has been twenty years since I arrived in the world of One Piece, and I have to say—life here has been surprisingly peaceful for me. Thank goodness to whichever god brought me here and granted me such a comfortable life up till now.

I have absolutely no interest in going to sea, becoming a pirate, or joining the Navy. Being a pirate means being chased across the sea like a dog. Countless pirates in the Blues dream of reaching the Grand Line, but most of them are hunted down long before that.

Take Arlong and Kuro for example. Kuro, once an infamous pirate, erased his own existence simply because he was tired of constantly being hunted by the Navy. And Arlong only maintains his small empire because he cooperates with corrupt Navy officers. And Luffy reaching the grandline has easily as it is shown in the show is just luck.

And honestly, all those One Piece transmigration fanfictions I've read—where the protagonist becomes a pirate and sets sail immediately—never make sense. They rush out without knowing a single thing about how dangerous and vast the sea really is. Navigating the oceans of One Piece is far harder than anything on Earth.

The Navy isn't much better. Yes, they might be more stable than pirates, but corruption runs deep. Many are jealous, power-hungry people who would do anything to rise in rank—including killing innocent sailors and civilians just to eliminate a pirate crew. That's why the world neither fully loves nor hates the Navy; civilians know how vicious they can become when hunting pirates.

So for me, becoming a pirate or joining the Navy is completely out of the question. I just want to live a peaceful life without worrying about what constant danger I'll have to face next.

After all, Luffy had just defeated Arlong a few days ago, which means the most dangerous era of the sea is about to begin. And I don't have any cheat ability to help me survive that, so the idea of going out to sea is insane.

As I lay on the sand thinking about why becoming a pirate or a Navy officer would be a terrible idea, I couldn't help feeling a little regretful. Life has become painfully boring.

In my previous life, I was constantly surrounded by entertainment—music, sports, anime, manga, movies—everything. But in this world, there just aren't nearly as many options. There's no TV, no radio, and the few tools that exist which could be used for broadcasting are almost entirely controlled by the World Government and the Navy. So entertainment is extremely limited.

While I was lost in thought, suddenly a glowing window appeared in front of me. A blue screen popped up out of nowhere, displaying just two words:

[Chaos System]

Seeing that screen, my emotions surged wildly. I didn't know whether I was supposed to feel excitement or dread from what it represented.

I sat up straight in the sand, completely forgetting about the fish I had caught, and stared blankly at the screen for a moment. Then, hesitantly, I tapped it—and information began flowing directly into my mind at a steady pace, just slow enough for me to fully comprehend it.

From what I understood, the Chaos System literally rewards me for creating chaos in the world. It functions in multiple ways: it can broadcast information through massive light screens in the sky, it can affect people's actions, and any form of chaos—war, rebellion, disruption, even emotional chaos—will give me points. The more points I accumulate, the more I can exchange for anything in the system shop: abilities from other worlds, artifacts, even characters from different universes. Everything is possible with this system.

And whatever power or character I bring from another world will be fully integrated into this world's reality. For example, if I brought a Zanpakutō from Bleach, the system would alter the natural laws of this world to allow a Zanpakutō's existence. And if I decided to import the entire Bleach power system, it wouldn't just give me one sword—it would reshape the world so that anyone with enough mastery over their soul and blade could manifest a Zanpakutō of their own.

As I continued processing the flow of information entering my mind, another detail appeared. The system was offering me a bonus package if I bound myself to it simply by entering my name.

I hesitated for a few seconds. If I were to create chaos in the world using this system, I would inevitably cause the deaths of innocent people. The more chaotic the seas become, the more civilians suffer.

But in the end, I still chose to type in my name. After all, I'm not a saint. Even now, I know exactly what the Celestial Dragons are doing in Mariejois, and what many pirates do across the seas. I have the knowledge, and I have the potential to act… yet I've done nothing. I've just sat comfortably and enjoyed my peaceful life because I am selfish.

I deliberately turned my eyes away from the suffering just so I could live quietly. And this choice—the decision I'm about to make—will be the first time I knowingly endanger lives purely for my own entertainment. I know it's wrong. No… it's evil to use human lives as entertainment.

But I have no regrets.

Damian Al Ghul

My name appeared on the glowing screen. I tapped the [Enter] button, and the moment I did, the system activated. Within three seconds, enormous screens of light appeared in the sky all over the world—visible to everyone.

East Blue – Aboard the Going Merry

Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Nami, and Usopp stood on the deck of the Going Merry, staring up at the gigantic screen that had suddenly appeared in the sky.

Each of them reacted differently.

Zoro and Sanji narrowed their eyes, their expressions tense. They looked at the sky like they were evaluating a potential threat.

Usopp and Nami, meanwhile, had their jaws hanging open. Shock and disbelief were written all over their faces, and a hint of fear crept into their eyes as they stared at the massive screen dominating the heavens.

Luffy, however, had the most opposite reaction.

The moment he saw it, his eyes sparkled with excitement. He jumped up and down on the deck, pointing at the sky like a kid who just discovered a new toy.

"GUYS, LOOK! LOOK! There's a giant screen in the sky!" he shouted at the top of his lungs.

His yelling snapped the others out of their stunned daze, and they all turned their attention toward him with frustration.

"We can already see it!" they yelled in unison. "Stop getting excited! That thing could be dangerous!"

Luffy blinked, stuck his pinky finger up his nose, and said in the most casual tone imaginable, "I don't think it's dangerous."

A thick anger vein popped on Nami's forehead.

Without a moment's hesitation, she slammed her fist down onto Luffy's head, creating a huge bump instantly.

"What do you MEAN it's not dangerous?!" she screamed. "A giant screen suddenly appears in the sky without warning, and you think it's fine, you idiot?!"

Marineford

At this very moment, chaos ran through Marine Headquarters. Officers were rushing everywhere, shouting orders and scrambling to understand the mysterious sky screens that had appeared worldwide.

Inside the Fleet Admiral's office, every high-ranking officer was gathered: Sengoku, the three Admirals, Tsuru, Garp, and the chief of intelligence. They all sat in a tense silence as the intelligence chief delivered his report.

He began, "For the past few hours, we've been receiving multiple reports from Marine branches all over the world. Every report confirms the same thing—the screen isn't just over Marineford. It can be seen in every part of the world."

He cleared his throat before continuing. "We attempted to destroy or interfere with the screen, but all attacks simply pass through it or never make contact at all. It's as if the screen doesn't exist physically. Admiral Kizaru can explain this part more clearly."

The intelligence chief stepped back, motioning to Kizaru.

Taking the cue, Admiral Kizaru slowly got up and spoke in his usual laid-back tone. "Well… when I oversaw the testing, every attack failed to hit the screen. Light beams, cannon shots, even direct impact—they all passed right through. So I tried approaching it myself."

He shrugged casually. "Same result. I phased straight through it, like it wasn't even in the same plane of existence as us."

After giving his explanation, Kizaru sat back down, completely relaxed as if the situation didn't concern him at all.

Sengoku, however, was far from calm. Hearing both the intelligence chief's report and Kizaru's explanation, he wore a deeply troubled expression. After all, just moments earlier, he had received a direct order from the Gorosei:

Find out who created the screen—

and destroy it as fast as possible.
