Chapter 15 - Chapter 15: The Most Dangerous Rookie Pirate

"Buru, Buru!"

Having just finished his business, Garp turned back onto the warship, and his Den Den Mushi immediately started ringing. A naval soldier hurriedly handed it to him:

"Report! Vice Admiral Garp, Fleet Admiral Sengoku—oh, no, I should say, Fleet Admiral Sengoku—requests urgent communication with you immediately!"

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku?"

Garp furrowed his brow slightly, then laughed heartily: "Hahaha, Sengoku, you've been promoted again? Already a Fleet Admiral, huh?"

On the other end, Sengoku's face darkened:

"Garp, anyone else could say that, but not you! If it weren't for your repeated refusals to accept promotion to Admiral, the admiralty would have been yours long ago!"

"Yo, yo, Sengoku, don't be so serious. Being an Admiral is too restrictive; being a Vice Admiral suits me better. I hear you've called for something urgent?"

"Yes!"

At this moment, the two legendary old-timers finally assumed a serious tone.

"Garp, you're still in the East Sea, right?"

"Yes, I'm right here in the East Sea!"

"Sengoku, do you remember that intern on Roger's ship? Red-Haired Shanks? He's now grown into a super pirate who can operate independently. He's arguably the most dangerous rookie pirate in the world! Even our three Admirals are at a loss against him! According to reliable intelligence, Red-Haired Shanks somehow arrived in the East Sea as well. I don't need to spell it out—you know what must be done, right?"

"What? Red-Haired Shanks? The world's most dangerous rookie pirate?"

Despite Sengoku's warning, Garp listened with a completely indifferent expression. For the moment the words "the world's most dangerous rookie pirate" reached him, another image flashed across his mind.

"Uh! Sengoku, yes, the East Sea does need some cleaning up! But as for the world's most dangerous rookie pirate… it's not Shanks! Hahaha!"

"What? Garp, you're telling me the most dangerous rookie pirate in the world is in the East Sea… and it's not Red-Haired Shanks? Someone stronger than him?"

Instantly, Sengoku was utterly shocked. In his view, Red-Haired Shanks would become a major naval threat in the future. Who would have thought… in the same era, on the same seas, someone could surpass even Shanks in strength?

"Garp, who… who is he?"

"The rookie pirate Tsuneo! Hahaha, Sengoku, I remember this name even if it turned to ashes—he's the one who dragged my grandson onto the pirate path! I will never forgive him!"

"Ah!!!"

Sengoku's face darkened, though even if Garp's words hinted at a personal vendetta, as an old comrade he trusted Garp implicitly. After all… anyone praised in anger by Garp—the only naval hero who crushed the terrifying pirate Rocks at God Valley—could not possibly be ordinary!

The moment the Den Den Mushi clicked off, the newly appointed Fleet Admiral Sengoku quickly summoned a group of naval officers and waved his hand decisively:

"Immediately notify… Rookie Pirate Tsuneo! He is the world's most dangerous rookie pirate. Any naval forces encountering him in any waters must report immediately! Especially in the East Sea. Do not act recklessly!"

"Yes, sir!"

Soon, through special intelligence channels, a top-secret naval notice with Tsuneo's silhouette was broadcast across the seas, including every East Sea branch.

Meanwhile, at the East Sea's 153rd Branch in Shells Town, Colonel Morgan, the top commander, had just hung up his Den Den Mushi. He crumpled the notice in his hand and tossed it out the window.

"Hmph! Rookie Pirate Tsuneo, the world's most dangerous rookie pirate? Are the headquarters guys really that timid? If he dares set foot on my turf, I'll crush him! Hahaha!"

At the same time, Tsuneo and his team of top-tier elites were drifting across the vast ocean with no direction, no destination.

Just as Tsuneo began to wonder whether luck would favor them as it had before, they soon spotted an island ahead.

Instantly, Tsuneo and every one of his top-tier subordinates couldn't hide their satisfied smiles.

"Captain really has a plan in mind!"

"Welp… this has nothing to do with me," Tsuneo thought, shaking his head.

Without delay, they landed on the island.

But as soon as they stepped ashore, they noticed a sign ahead: "Shells Town."

At that moment, Tsuneo realized something… he might have made a small mistake.

If memory served, Shells Town was a bona fide naval base in the East Sea. No wonder there were no other pirate ships docked nearby.

Carelessness indeed!
