Chapter 109: Enemy of the Whole World
There was one more important thing at this Five Kage Summit—capturing the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, Uzumaki Naruto.
Danzo's cold words lingered in the wide conference room. Everyone heard them. They squinted, perked up, and watched Danzo.
The main event had arrived. This was what they really cared about—the purpose that all the Kage of the five great villages shared.
They hadn't figured out what to do about the Akatsuki yet, and they couldn't be bothered with whether the five villages should elect a leader to rule the ninja world. All they cared about was the whereabouts of the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki. That was Uzumaki Naruto.
Now everyone in the ninja world knew that the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki was already a rogue ninja from Konoha. He was no longer under Konoha's control or ownership. The Nine-Tails Jinchuriki was on his own. That meant whichever village captured him would own the Nine-Tails. They would possess the power of the leader of the tailed beasts.

Everyone was stunned. They stared blankly at Terumi Mei, who had stood up so suddenly.
Then they heard her cold voice:
"I don't care what you all think. But I'm telling you this right now—Uzumaki Naruto is my man. Anyone who dares to touch him is my enemy."

Hearing Terumi Mei's words and seeing how fiercely she was protecting Naruto, the Third Tsuchikage's face turned ugly. At the same time, everyone's expressions showed shock. They had clearly heard what she meant.

"He destroyed Konoha and killed his own comrades. He is a scourge among ninjas. He is a public enemy of the ninja world."
"Furthermore, the purpose of this Five Kage Summit is to decide the fate of the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki. I advise you to hand him over willingly so the great villages can decide how to distribute him. Otherwise, your Mist Village cannot bear the wrath of the other four great villages."
"That's right, Fifth Mizukage. The Nine-Tails Jinchuriki is a public enemy who killed his comrades and destroyed Konoha. How can you take in such a vicious person? Hand him over immediately," the Third Tsuchikage Onoki said.
"Hand him over, Fifth Mizukage. This Five Kage Summit was called to discuss dealing with the Akatsuki. Only by controlling the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki can we continue discussing how to face our enemy," the Fourth Raikage Ai also said, not holding back.
