Chapter 30: first look after five years
Jay's POV
Today was the meeting with the Watson's CEO... I was thinking if it could be him... No... No way... Or at least I hope not...
I am thinking too much... I got up, freshened up changed into buisness attire- which was black dresspants, white button up shirt and a black blazer for me- and went to the kitchen to eat breakfast.
After breakfast I went to the company to set up the contract. I was sitting in my office when my assistant came in amd told me that the conferance room was ready for the meeting. After that he left and I busied myself with mire paperwork that needed to be signed.
Keifer's POV
I couldn't sleep much at night cuz of extiment. After waking up I went and packed a few things into a carry on. I had 5 button up shirts 2 T-shirts -for sleeping-, a pair of black shorts, underwear, a pair of jeans and two pairs or simple black pants with a black blazer.
After packing I went down for breakfast, ate, then went back up to my room to recheck everything....

Okay... I have everything.... Then I left for the airport... The pilot was already there with the flight attendats and everybody was only waiting for me. I boarded and just sat in my seat...
There were around 3-4 flight attendats but they were wearing pretty revealing clothes which I don't like... Their shirts first 2 buttons were undone, their skirts shorter than it should be and little things like that...
It annoyed me.... But whatever... They served their purpose which was serving me...
After a nap and a few hours of scrolling through my phone, we landed... I left the airport with the car my assistant bought for buissness purposes in New York...
I drove to Mariano Enterprises amd left my carry on in the car and went to the reception. The receptionist asked my name asnd as she heard I am a Watson she immeadiatly told me to go to the third floor and I can sit in the meeting room or the waiting area.
I went up with the elevator and just sat down to one kf the couches. Then a man approached me
Man: sir, are you...
Keifer: Mark Keifer Watson
I intoduced myself while we shook hands.
Man: thank you sir. I am Miss Mariano's assistant. I would as you to follow me.
Oh... So she has a male assistant... Wierd... Okay... Nevermind... The guy led me into the meeting room and I sat down. He left and afer about 2 minuites he came back with a few files fkr me to read through before the meeting... Jay really knows what she is doing.
Jay's POV
My assistant came into my office with the news that the Watson buisness oartner arrived and waiting for me in the meeting room... Something felt... Wrong... I never get scared or nervous before meetings but today was... Different
As I walked into the meeting room I saw the Watson CEO.... But it was.... Keifer... What the?! Please earth swallow me... I don't wnat to work with the boy who broke my heart
Keifer's POV
I was just sitting amd then Jay walked in.. she is mesmerising... Beautiful... She was holding files -for the contract obvi- and she froze.... I smiled at her, stood up went towards her and extended my hand for a handshake... Or not...
As she shooky hand after that I kissed the back of her hand... Her skin is so soft.
Jay's POV
Keifer Watson... No no no no no... I'm panicking.... He is coming zowards me. No... Wait... He just wants a handshake... Thats fine I suppose... I shook his hand... And this boy... Ooh... He is infuriating... The guy kissed the back of my hand
