Go Sang-yeop was arrested.
Of course, not in one piece.

The Chief's Office at Gangjung Police Station.
A file folder hit Ju-won's head and fell.

The one who threw the file folder was Myeong Geon-hyeong, the Chief of Gangjung Police Station.

Looking at the door Ju-won had left through, Chief Myeong Geon-hyeong continued.
"Because he smashed that guy to pieces knowing full well he'd get scolded."
