Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

* The Broken Fate, The First Major Battle*

The stars dimmed early that cycle. The sky trembled as if it remembers pain.

Omary, Neila, and Excap stood at the edge of their sect's territory. Ahead, the void twisted — something was coming.

"Something breached the sect's inner barrier," Excap muttered, his crystalline implants glowing. "A wormhole of dark energy — it doesn't belong here."

"They're early," Omary said, eyes narrowing. "And here I thought fate bought us more time."

"They come because they're afraid of change which you brought," Neila whispered, voice filled with cosmic melody.

*Then it struck.*

A rupture exploded in space — and from it, descended the *Herald of the Dark King*, a beast of living shadow, larger than cities, made from stitched screams and armored in cursed stars.

It landed, collapsing mountains under its claws.

"Cultivators of Titan's blood," it roared in a voice that bent space, "you deviate from your fate of doom. And I've come to deliver it, prepare for death."

*Battle ignited.*

Omary surged forward first — activating his system:

*[Evolution Surge: Bloodline Adaption]*

*[Titanic Resonance: Layer 2 Awakened]*

*[Mana-Qi Fusion Core: Online]*

With a roar, he struck, fists glowing with hybrid power, each punch cracking the beast's armor.

Neila flew above, her song transforming into a weapon — stars themselves bent toward her notes, becoming blades to her enemy.

Excap launched arrays of quantum swords and orbiting logic bombs, trapping the Herald in loops of slowed time and dimensional distortion.

But the Herald wasn't alone.

Two *Voidspawn Lieutenants* emerged from beneath the Titan's bones — agile, cruel, feeding on despair.

Omary split from the main fight, facing both.

*Omary vs Two Voidspawn*

He used gravity manipulation to break their footing, then drew energy directly from the Titan's aura — something no Grey had done. He merged *Earth-style martial arts* with cosmic energy bursts, his system guiding each move.

*[New Skill Acquired: Titan Breaker Fist]*

One Voidspawn exploded in a shockwave of corrupted starlight. The other fled, but Omary chased and burned it mid-flight.

Meanwhile, Neila and Excap focused fire on the Herald.

Neila's voice cracked — her vocal cords bleeding — but her song became a *World-Binding Hymn*. The Herald slowed.

"Now!" she cried.

Omary rejoined the fight — channeling all power into a final move:

*[Skill Fusion: Titan Breaker Fist + Star-Singer's Hymn + Logic Drive]*

*[New Move Unlocked: Fate Severing Blow]*

He punched through the Herald's core.

The beast let out one final screech, then disintegrated — its death felt across the Titan-verse.

Silence.

They had won. Barely. But for the first time the war with the heralds of the dark king was won with exterminating them.

The sect rejoiced. But Ashur-ll'Zhara, watching hidden in plain sight, knew better. It seems his experiment is going well. The mortal was capable of bringing change not only to this world but also to the fate that ties these worlds. And Ashur-ll'Zhara smiled for the success but also growing more curious for he knew this was the first ripple. The Dark King now knew *change* was real. Now what will be his response to this, Ashur-ll'Zhara can't wait.
