đź”± EPISODE 2: THE CUBE AND THE SEAL
Chapter 3: The Discovery
Two days ago, I discovered the Cube was behaving erratically, reacting violently to a combined, uncontrolled power. To prevent a catastrophe, I separated it into twelve distinct parts, each embodying a characteristic color and power. After that great clash, I was sure the Priest had also perished, becoming one with the chaotic energy as others had.
Yet, today, I saw him. He was searching everywhere for the energy of the twelve Zodiac Guardians. I managed to hide the fragmented power—which I now call the Seals—but the glowing objects flew and scattered across the world. Because I had hidden the Seals' core power, I couldn't track their locations from the lab.
Two months passed. Then, I saw it on the news: five mysterious people were fighting. One was an ugly alien, and the others wore red, pink, blue, and green suits. Upon rushing to the scene, I found them defeated. I quickly gathered the five heroes for training, and we fled together.
Back in the lab, they powered down from exhaustion, and four Seals—Red, Pink, Blue, and Green—fell from their hands. I noted that Pink was the only female among them. I asked them how they became these heroes, as they had no device to activate their transformation. They explained that the Seals simply came to them, and they morphed. I named them the Zodiac Knights (since the originals were the Zodiac Guardians, and a Knight is a highly trained personnel).
They began their rigorous training while I focused on how they could access and control the Seals' power to fully morph into a Ranger. I finally conceptualized and built twelve Morphers (which resemble wristwatches). I transferred the remaining residual energy in the Cube into the Morphers, testing them until they worked perfectly.
⚔️ CHAPTER 4: THE ZODIAC KNIGHTS
The Rangers' adventure to fight Fang (The Priest) and find the other hidden Seals now begins. Fang, having survived, knew I would do everything possible to find the missing powers.
To counter me, he used a fraction of his energy (1/32) to create his subordinate, Kal er, a genius strategist. Kal er immediately began building his army: legions of soldiers fashioned from mud (the Paramonsters), and stronger generals created from a combination of metal, fire, mud, and wood (the Monsters). To give them life, Fang transferred the remainder of that quarter of his power (127/32 from the original 1/4 if we assume that fraction was split—perhaps a simpler explanation is best). Let's say: Fang transferred a substantial portion of his power to animate his legions.
Meanwhile, I began building more weapons for the Rangers, which required massive energy to activate. I discovered that the Cube could absorb Fang's raw energy and purify it for our use. I informed the Rangers that to access the full array of weapons, more Seals must be recovered to activate them. During an initial clash with Fang, I managed to absorb a small amount of his energy, which was enough to activate their basic weapon, the Saber.
In a terrifying escalation, Kal er built a machine capable of making his Monsters and Paramonsters gigantic, increasing their power by a thousandfold, and even creating new ones on the spot. To ensure the machine's perfect function, Fang transferred another quarter of his power into it, ironically leaving Fang with his full original power intact once more.
