Chapter 365 - Üç Yüz Altmış Beş

The crowd gathered in the lesson area began to run towards the arena with all their might; it was unclear whether this haste was to grab a seat or to place a bet.

Although the person responsible for the class called out after the duo a few times, it was of no use; he was left standing with the boy from the Third Elder's clan.

"Teacher, if there is nothing else, I want to watch them too. The kid named Jashua defeated the Ten Lilies group alone yesterday; I heard that the senior disciple candidates from the Black Lily Clan are preparing to retaliate today!"

After Antoine's words, the expression on the responsible person's face changed; one could even say a huge smile bloomed on his face.

"How interesting, say that they will slaughter the rooster that crows early!"

After laughing mutually, Antoine also began to move rapidly towards the arena; if his calculations were not wrong, Nafız and Jashua were entering the Blood Arena right about now.

"He came!"

"The crazy kid from yesterday came!"

When Jashua entered from the front, a wave of sound occurred inside the Blood Arena; while the attention was completely on him, Nafız also glided in slowly.

"Is this the guy who defeated you?"

The man with a large black lily tattoo on the right side of his face and hair as spiky as needles called out to the hooded figure sitting right next to him. The target of the question was the person whose entire party, except for himself, had been beaten yesterday; he was wearing the same clothes today.

"I gave you nine men; what you had to do was to keep those living their first year under control, but what did you do? You were defeated by someone coming from the most loser fiefdom."

"But brother, the man is called the new Blood Prince!"

"Don't start with your blood or prince now; watch and see how we take his life!"

Antoine seemed right in what he said; judging by what the disciples of the Black Lily Clan were talking about among themselves, they had chosen Jashua as their target today.

"Get up immediately and provoke the man; we must take him down before others target him!"

Pushing the hooded youth with his hand, the man with the tattooed face made him spring to his feet, but someone else seated the Ten Lilies Leader, who had gotten up, back down.

"What's the rush, Virgen? Don't worry, none of us want to interrupt today's show!"

The blond man with a cluster of stars on the chest of his robe spoke with a smile reminiscent of sunlight. At the same time, four more people appeared around the Black Lily group; these people, each bearing a sun, a mountain, a river, and an arrow on their chests respectively, were the representatives of the four clans within the Holy Blood Sect.

"How nice, representatives of all six clans are here. We wanted to see the skills of the types belonging to the fiefdom with the title 'Bloody' in its name, besides us. Though the title in your name has been turned to 'Black,' you still continue to be a clan!"

As soon as the man with the star cluster finished his words, the black-haired girl carrying a blood-red sun on her chest began to speak.

"That hulking one bent your brother's group out of shape pretty badly yesterday. I wonder, what do you plan to do?"

The representatives of the five clans were after provoking Virgen, who had a tattoo on his face; seeing that they had no intention of stealing his prey contrary to what he thought, the man relaxed a bit.

"Whoever messes with us gets the necessary answer; you will see what that is in a moment!"

As soon as he finished his words, he made the hooded youth jump up again; this time, no one would sit him back down. The hooded figure, having received the gas, advanced with the same speed and bellowed towards the duo who had just entered the arena.

"Hey you! The fool calling himself lord, look here!"

Shouting loudly, the young boy gathered all the attention on himself but failed to attract the attention of the only person he targeted. Jashua was, of course, aware that he was calling out to him; he was simply ignoring him, driving his interlocutor mad.

"Look at that, the little mouse's voice cannot reach his enemy!"

"How cute, just like his brother!"

When the representatives of the five clans began to mock, the hooded youth came back with a scream twice as loud as the previous one.

"Jashua, I invite you to a duel with my group. Do you have the courage to accept?"

The Young Count reacted when his name was mentioned, but Nafız standing behind him sufficed with stretching.

"Is this the person you mentioned, the cowardly hooded one who ran away without fighting even though his whole group was cut down?"

The words that spilled out as if mumbled from her already open mouth were heard easily by those inside the arena; although they expected a response, this seemed a bit heavy.

"Who are you, with what title do you speak?"

After hearing the insulting words, the hooded youth's body trembled violently from rage, so much so that the hood he never took off his head flew away.

"I am the person who will beat you today, baldy!"

Nafız, who jumped into the fighting area of the arena paved with black stones in two moves, spoke while in the air. The young boy, whose veins on his bald head that emerged from under his hood were intertwined like worms, was bright red.

"Calvo, what shiny hair you have like that!"

"Really, look, they are dancing in harmony!"

Although the others couldn't raise their voices, the representatives of the five clans were mocking to their hearts' content, while Virgen, whose brother was subjected to insults, mobilized the four people standing next to him with a signal.

"I will ruin both of you!"

Calvo, entering the battlefield with the quartet tagging along, was a cube of anger; Nafız standing opposite him and Jashua taking his first step onto the black floor looked calm.

"Bets Are Open, Jashua and his friend against Calvo's team!"

Nafız's brows furrowed; she had started to cast hard looks towards the betting office when Jashua cut in.

"Sir, don't be so touchy!"

There was a bit of satire in the Young Count's voice; he didn't seem very disturbed by the announcer's words.

"Whatever you say, Count Jashua; as your friend, I will try to keep up!"

Jashua laughed under his breath because the noise that arose after the announcement was expected to subside.

"Calvo 1 to 1.5 - Jashua 1 to 5!"

With the second announcement, a voice began to come from every head; those who lost in the bet yesterday were shouting especially more.

"That's it; if I bet everything I have, I can cover my loss from yesterday!"

"You won't learn, man; why don't you bet on Jashua this time? Look, you have a chance to put one and win five. At least bet some on them!"

"Are you crazy? Four of the best ten disciples representing the Black Lily Clan have descended to the field; even with that unqualified one beside them, they are more than enough to tear the other two apart! Never mind me, do you have the guts to bet on Jashua today too?"

The man who had grabbed a quite large piece from what Jashua distributed, in addition to winning a huge chunk by betting on the young count yesterday, spoke by puffing out his chest.

"I suppose you meant to say Count Jashua; I guess it was a slip of the tongue!"

"Whatever the hell, tell me if you are going to bet?"

"Of course, what did you think? Everything I won yesterday goes to Count Jashua!"

When he raised his hand, the blood crystals in his palm levitated and began to fly towards the betting office; while going to their target, other crystals rising from all four sides accompanied them.

The waiting continued on the battlefield as well; as the closing of bets and the giving of the start signal delayed, Nafız was getting impatient.

"This betting business took so long; I should bet something too!"

Raising her right hand into the air, a blood stone the size of an adult human's head appeared in Nafız's palm.

"I am also betting on Jashua; I hope you have a blood stone five times the size of this in your hands!"
