Chapter 77 - Chapter 77 ‘Nameless’

It's been about a week since this incursed place. What we have learned from the wolves where there was a matriarch below her was the Seven Fang Lords, under them were the Fang Commanders and the last and lowest leadership roles Fang Generals. Charles woke up and started walking. I placed myself on his shoulder. "I wonder if he will share more?" Charles asked himself with a small smile.

"Probably he might not have a lot of information." I said. Foul Fang has been a useful source of information. As we took a turn.

"But it's only been a week we have all the time in the world." Charles said. He told us a lot of information like how Scarbrand is the strongest of the Fang Commanders and Puck was the weakest of the Fang Commanders. He gave that up after three hours.

"Maybe your right time is the biggest tool we have." I said with a small smirk on my face. Seeing his face of terror flash in my mind. After four hours he told us there were about seventy Fang Commander and about two hundred Fang Generals.

"All it took was a little convincing." Charles said. As he slowly took a few steps down the staircase in no rush. He willingly told us after the seventh hour the strongest Fang Lord was of course Lobo the oldest of all the pack. Even older than the matriarch. It was basically useless information.

"Yeah, a little convincing." I said it was the same wording as Sebastian would use to make sound nice while convincing other Vampires to join him.

"Honestly I am thankful my father taught me." Charles said, still wearing that smile.

"Yeah I guess you're right." I spoke. After he took another turn deeper into the tunnels. After the eight hour of coxing he told us more that nothing was known about this mysterious matriarch.

"I might ask for more lessons." Charles said. His eyes shut for a moment to show the biggest smile on his face. As we passed a few people gave them a quick nod. It reminded me how he was hesitant to learn that lesson. But he truly did learn well.

"You were so hesitant to learn it the first time." I said he has grown. A man willing to use his intellect.

"Yeah I was but now I am happy to learn I might ask my sister for some sword lessons." Charles said with a grin showing.

"You are your father's son." I said thinking of Hellsing. He loved pushing his limits and shattering them in battle. He was the strongest.

"Father, what does that mean lol he is not blood thirsty?" Charles said. You sweet innocent child you don't know the truth.

"You're right." I said not willing to push that subject further. Charles nodded.

"This is strange. I wonder what else we can learn." Charles said. In the tenth hour he told us that Lobo was the strongest duh. But he told us the place of seventeen den.

"We have a hundred eighteen dead. You burn them all to ash in a giant firepit." I said.

"You know one death is a tragedy but a million deaths is a statistic." Charles quote it was a man before the fall of humanity that stained his flag with blood of his workers. He starved out nations and created many plans. Some to do with five years.

"Yeah, quoting one of the most evil humans is quaint." I said as the only reason his mind on that man was because their flag was red from the wolves blood that Charles had spilled.

"Evil that just because the victor wrote that. Evil. Good are subjective terms. No one is a pure person in this world. The ones who act like saints are hiding the most devilish faces." Charles said. Some more facts he revealed was he had learned form Scarbrand that there will be seven special students joining us after the exam.

"Maybe you're right, do you think Hellsing was a bad person?" I asked.

"I have no clue I never met him." Charles said with a small frown on his face.

"Yeah I guess you're right." I said you were the only thing he was worried about. He was so happy when you were born. He even traveled to the realm of Chaos and spent a huge amount of time. As we passed several heavily armed guards and got the barricades that were made to keep him in.

"Bye sir." One of the guards said as we were almost out of earshot.

"Don't worry about me." Charles said with a smirk on his lips. As darkness hugged Charles yet we could see perfectly fine. Charles' blue eyes glow in the dark like sapphire stars.

"Yeah because one of the strongest beings in this camp. We should be more worried about the Fang General." I said. Remembering his face after his defeat.

"Seven times." Charles said with his eyes turned Dragonic glowed yellow for a brief second. But then returned to blue.

"What do you mean seven times?" I asked, genuinely confused. About his statement.

"Don't worry you will see." Charles said his voice was cold like a winter night.

"Why am I suddenly worried?" I said unsure about this, something was clearly off.

"Don't be worried you have me. I won't hurt you." Charles said he smiled; he did a 180 degree on me again. He was speaking as if his voice was coated in sugar. As the smell of copper filled my noise it was quite common but something was off.

"Something feels off." I said, trying to warn him.

"Don't worry everything is fine." Charles said, trying to reassure me.

"Yeah that does not fix the problem." I told him with a small sigh. As we slowly got closer. The smell of copper but something else hit my noise. As we see the heavy doors as Charles pushes it open. Then that smell hit me. I knew what it was, rotting flesh.

"Seven times he tried to end his life to flee form the torture he bite off his own tongue then drowned in his own blood after enduring being burnt alive. Flaying. Having his bones broken over and over again. Being drowned showed me how far my starlight could heal." Charles said his voice was cold. He was covered in razor wire. Digging into his fur cutting through his skin. Nails were implanted all over his body causing every small move to be a living hell.

"Sometimes I forget how heartless you are." I said he had tortured him for four days straight.

"He is my enemy, he leads an attack on my people." Charles said as Charles closed the door.

"A bit cruel." I said as he used his Starlight to cause a cave in. He continued to walk away.

"You die as if you lived nameless, no one will remember you." Charles said with a demonic smile. "Soon people will doubt if you were ever alive." Charles was ruthless when it comes to the enemies he has.
