All of the guards near the one that had interpellated the trio immediately gripped their weapons and began to approach.
Their reptilian eyes were fixed on Leon with hostile intent as they closed in from all sides.
'Wow, these guys really suck,' Leon thought, gripping his own sword in hand as he prepared for the worst, his muscles tensing as he assessed the situation and calculated his options, 'There's nothing I can really do though without causing a massive scene.'
Causing any problem was bad enough on its own, but it was even worse since Celeste and Emilia were with him and he didn't want to put them in danger, especially when they had been waiting for him for over a month.
