Today was the day Prince Liu Feng would be formally crowned as King Feng, officially ruling the nation and the Kingdom of Yulancheng.
All guests from various kingdoms came to witness the return of the pure-blood descendant of the former King Liu.
Some of them brought gifts—gold, carvings, and distinctive flowers from each kingdom.
"Your Highness, are you ready?" Feng was still in his chamber. Several palace maids and royal attendants were helping him put on the traditional ceremonial attire of Yulancheng, along with the coronation robe prepared for him as king.
Feng stood tall before a mirror that reflected his entire figure. He turned when one of his teachers called out to him.
"Yes, Teacher," Feng replied with a smile. "Teacher, where is Mother?" he asked.
The teacher only laughed. "Her Majesty the Queen is busy choosing a bride for you, our King Feng. Hehehe…" She covered her mouth, laughing as if teasing Feng, whom she still considered a child.
"The little boy we once raised has grown up. It feels like our little Prince Feng was only this tall back then," said another of Feng's teachers, gesturing to show Feng's height as a child.
Memories echoed clearly in their hearts—little Feng crying while being forced to run up hills carrying water, rolling on the ground in anger, exhausted and refusing to train. Now he had grown into a responsible man who was about to become king.
"That mother of mine…" Feng muttered as he walked out of his chamber, accompanied by his three teachers.
They headed toward the main courtyard, where an altar stood before the palace, used for coronations and grand ceremonies.
The people and the soldiers had already gathered in the square, standing in neat rows to welcome the young King Liu.
"Mother."
As soon as Feng reached the altar, he bowed respectfully to his mother, who was already seated upon her throne on the altar. Queen Liu nodded and smiled proudly at her son.
Feng then took his seat beside the queen. In the center, Feng's eldest teacher stepped forward and announced loudly to all the people and guests present.
"Thank you for coming to the Kingdom of Yulancheng and for witnessing the return of the true King Liu."
The eldest teacher bowed respectfully to all the guests and the people. They stood and returned the bow.
"Your Majesty the Queen, please stand to bestow the official title upon Prince Feng as king," the eldest teacher requested gently.
Queen Liu nodded. She rose gracefully and walked toward the eldest teacher. Two male soldiers approached carrying a tray covered with cloth. On it lay a small crown and the royal robe of Yulancheng—the robe once worn by King Liu himself during grand ceremonies.
"Prince Feng, please stand to receive the robe and crown of the Yulan Kingdom."
The eldest teacher turned to Feng and gave the command. Feng nodded and stood, walking toward him.
"Please place the robe and crown upon him, Your Majesty the Queen," said the eldest teacher as he stepped aside.
"Yes, Teacher," Queen Liu replied. She took the robe first, unfolded the golden garment, and draped it over her son.
Tall Feng bent slightly so his mother could reach his shoulders. Then Queen Liu placed the small crown upon his head.
"From this day forward, Prince Feng is officially crowned as King Feng—the king of the Kingdom and Nation of Yulancheng—tasked with leading, protecting, and bringing prosperity to the people."
The eldest teacher took Feng's hand and led him forward, raising Feng's hand high to show all the soldiers and people gathered below in the royal square that Feng was now officially their king.
"Congratulations, Your Majesty King Feng!"
"Long live King Feng!"
The commander of the royal army shouted in salute, followed by the soldiers, the people, and the guests.
"Thank you. I promise to be a good king for all of you," Feng said, bowing respectfully to his soldiers and people.
From both the right and left sides of the palace, in the audience area above, many princesses from neighboring kingdoms had come. They were all beautiful, gazing at Feng with pride, joy, and love.
Handsome Feng easily attracted their interest as a potential husband—especially since he was the strongest among the princes and young kings in the land.

After the coronation ceremony ended, Feng and Queen Liu returned to the palace to hold banquets for the guests.
Feng's three teachers accompanied them, introducing old acquaintances.
"Your Majesty, this is my old friend. He is an excellent teacher and wishes to introduce his beautiful and talented disciple to you."
Feng turned when called by his teacher. Beside him stood a beautiful woman, smiling sweetly and bowing respectfully to Feng.
"Teacher, please don't call me 'Your Majesty.' Just call me Feng as usual," Feng said softly.
"That won't do, Your Majesty. You must get used to hearing it. I dare not address you otherwise."
Feng wanted to protest again. His expression showed annoyance at being treated this way, but his teacher's gaze was even sharper.
It was as if his teacher were scolding him—telling him he had to accept being addressed formally. The teacher then gave Feng a signal, blinking and glancing toward a princess waiting to be introduced.
"Ah, yes. Forgive me. It's a pleasure to meet you, Your Highness the Princess," Feng said, bowing politely.
"Your Majesty, excuse me for interrupting. The room is ready," a palace maid approached Queen Liu and bowed before speaking.
Queen Liu nodded and stood up. "Feng, come with Mother. I've already given permission," she said.
"And you as well, Princess—if you wish to join the selection to become my son's wife, come with me. Do not rely on connections to be accepted," Queen Liu said firmly, pointing at the princess.
"My apologies, Teacher. You know that Feng's wife cannot be just any woman," Queen Liu added, bowing apologetically to Feng's eldest teacher and his friend.
"Yes, Your Majesty the Queen," the princess replied, then followed Queen Liu and Feng into a room.
"If you can endure Feng's fart, you can become his wife."
They were inside a sealed room—no windows, no gaps. A narrow space that could only fit two people.
It was made of iron to keep any smell from escaping.
"Yes, Your Majesty the Queen. I can endure it," replied the princess confidently.
Queen Liu left the two of them alone. Feng looked at the princess with concern.
"Are you sure you can accept this? I'll start with the very lowest mode," Feng said.
The princess nodded confidently. Feng released his fart at the lowest possible level.
Dut!
Only a single fart sound was heard.
