Vladimir chuckled, then his gaze sharpened. "Shatter, Mirror Flower, Water Moon!"

As if the sound of breaking glass echoed, the blade of the Zangetsu emitted a blue light, and a faint hum swirled within the Captain's room.
Nico Robin had no idea what was happening, only seeing that Shiki had suddenly fallen into a stupor.

Shiki let out a murmur. In his vision, everything had shattered.
It was as if space had collapsed, the Phantom Vice-Captain before him had vanished, and everything had fallen into complete darkness.

Hearing this, Shiki fell silent. He had lost his Haki and his ferocity, appearing like a dejected old man.
"How much time has passed?"
"Three minutes."
"Only three minutes?" Shiki chuckled twice, his expression dejected. "I thought half a year had passed, no, maybe a year… Your ability controls my five senses?"
He recalled that terrifying state, where he couldn't even find death.
"I understand. I will do as you command." He said dejectedly in the end.
Seeing this, Vladimir chuckled. "Rest assured, after five years, we will return your freedom. However, you don't need to think about suicide. Even if you succeed, we have ways to restrain your soul. Then, it won't be three minutes, but eternal imprisonment."
After speaking, Vladimir looked at the stunned Robin. "I'll leave this place to you for now. I have a few more things to attend to. As for how to handle it, that's up to you."
