Junia's pov
I waited for Ashmaris once it was evening, he didn't appear. I even went to his study but I was stopped by guards saying he was busy with some work and I refused to go.
Ashmaris came out and apologized saying he and Malrien had to work on something important and he would soon join me,so I waited for too long until it was midnight and I fell asleep.
My eyes snapped open when I heard my door creaking open, I turned to see who just entered my chamber.
"Ashmaris?" I called softly when I saw his talk figure.
"Yes" he answered,
"You came" I whispered, he Chuckled as he started pulling off his clothes.
"Yes I did, I will always stand my words" he said as he walked towards my bed, I moved over to the other side of my bed to give him space. He climbed into my bed and got under the bed cover.
Ashmaris wrapped his arms around me as I lie on his chest, "I waited for you, trying not sleep" I told him,
