In the real world, within the Demon Race's World, lay the country of Suanyu.
The country of Suanyu bordered the lands of the Buddhist Sect in the Western Regions.
Though nominally a country, Suanyu's territory wasn't actually very large, only about four times the size of an ordinary Dynasty Imperial City in the World of Ten Thousand Laws.
The country was but a single city.
However, for a hundred miles in any direction around Suanyu, there was nothing but dense, venomous wildlife and boundless swamps. Not a trace of any other Demon Race clans could be seen, let alone any sign of the Human Race.
Withered vines twisted together, a toxic miasma hung in the air, and barren land stretched to the horizon.
All of this seemed to form a natural barrier for the country of Suanyu.
Yet on this very day, this city-state, so isolated from the world, was very likely to be wiped from existence.
In the skies above Suanyu, strange birds wheeled and fought relentlessly.
