Cheers erupted wherever Thunderlight Hall went. Their performance had already won over their former opponents; now, they only needed to stride forward.
Aside from their original supporters, the number of disciples from the Upper Three Halls had clearly increased. Hengshan Hall probably had the fewest members present. Unlike the usual grudges between neighboring halls, no one could really hold a grudge against Flying Phoenix Hall. Even though they had been defeated by them, Hengshan Hall didn't want anyone else to take their place. As it stood, Hengshan Hall probably hated Thunderlight Hall the most.
Hengshan Hall had bided their time and endured, displaying such formidable strength, only to fall short at the final hurdle. They must have been incredibly resentful.
Inside Flying Phoenix Hall, Yang Ying, Gao Dandan, and the others were already prepared. Hearing the clamor outside, they all rose from their meditation.
