Racial Talent can be viewed from two perspectives: collective talent and individual talent.
Collective talent refers to the Racial Talent of the entire race, which can only be strengthened through wars of extermination and by plundering other races.
Individual talent, on the other hand, refers to the Racial Talent specific to a person, and it is closely related to the completeness of their Origin Gene.
The collective talent determines the upper limit of the individual talent.
The stronger an individual is, the more complete their Racial Talent becomes. However, if the collective talent is inherently pathetic, even someone who has fully completed their Origin Gene and possesses their full Racial Talent would still be a weakling.
A complete "Eternal Consciousness" talent isn't necessarily stronger than the talent of a newborn of the Witch Race.
One can only imagine how powerful the complete Racial Talent of the Witch Race must be!
