The flatlands between the peaks had all been cultivated into Spirit Fields and Spirit Medicine Gardens, with Qi Cultivation Stage disciples from the Inner and Outer Sects residing among them.
Sect Disciples at Foundation Establishment and above carved their Cave Mansions into the outer circle's mountain peaks, with locations determined by the concentration of Spirit Veins.
The Household Affairs Hall was not among the more powerful departments, specializing only in the trivial matters between disciples of the Inner and Outer Sects. Its mountain peak was somewhat low, but it occupied a vast expanse of land.
However, since it managed all personnel for miscellaneous tasks throughout the Five Elements True Spirit Sect and thus had ample manpower, the Household Affairs Hall was built to be quite magnificent and stately.
