"Chu He is here? How could I have not sensed a thing?"
Uzi's eyes flew open, and he glared at the Doctor, his gaze filled with indignation and doubt.
He looked as if he wanted to eat the Doctor alive,
but the Doctor was like an unmoving iceberg,
standing perfectly still, the corners of his mouth turned up slightly
in a faint, profound smile.
His gaze drifted leisurely toward the darkness-shrouded world outside the Ancient Castle,
utterly ignoring Uzi's provocation with no intention of arguing or defending himself.
"This is impossible!
The bulk of the Werewolf Clan's elites are gathered here in this Ancient Castle,
yet I can't sense the presence of a single Werewolf.
Don't tell me Chu He managed to take down every single Werewolf like a ghost, without anyone noticing?
That's absolutely ridiculous! A fool's dream!"
Uzi grew more agitated, his voice booming through the Ancient Castle's gloomy corridors,
his palpable anger like that of a restless, caged beast.
