Si Shuo froze for a moment, his face flushing red. He had just patted Wei Ce's back when Yin Jiang, his expression dark, grabbed Wei Ce by the collar and began dragging him toward the dueling ring.
Wei Ce smiled, sidestepped, and broke free from Yin Jiang's grasp. He balled his right fist, thumped his chest, and said to Si Shuo, "White Fox Cub, watch closely from down there. I'm going to beat Yin Jiang and become the leader of your Couple Brothers!"
The two of them got on the dueling ring one after the other. With a flash of brilliant light, the Array activated.
Yin Jiang was a Hunting Falcon, a type of Flying Beast. Using his Beast Form in the dueling ring wouldn't give him any advantage, so he maintained his human form.
Wei Ce raised an eyebrow. "To be fair, I'll fight you in human form too. That way, no one can say that a proud member of the Iron-eating Beast Clan is bullying a low-level Flying Beast."
