Daoist Longchuan was sitting upright, but his body couldn't help but tremble at the mere sound of Su Liyan's voice.
Daoist Quanyi looked at his disciple. 'It seems this woman has bullied my student before.'
Lu Yuan quickly grabbed his wife's hand. "Honey, you need to be more polite. You can't act like this."
"But they're trying to take my daughter from me! How can you expect me to be polite?" Su Liyan said, looking utterly wronged.
"We can talk this out," Lu Yuan soothed. He knew Daoist Quanyi was no ordinary man; it would be unwise to make an enemy of him.
As they bickered, Lu Yuan and Su Liyan walked up to the two Daoists.
Without a word of greeting, Su Liyan rolled up her sleeves, hiked up her long skirt, and said furiously:
"Old man, you wanted to spar, didn't you? Let's take it to the courtyard and settle this."
Lu Yuan tugged at Su Liyan's sleeve. 'I've already lost control of her.'
