What if I don't want to have kids so early? And what if we never have children? Were you just going to hide it from me forever?" Clara Grant asked, her expression completely serious.
"Nonsense!" Seth Quinn squeezed her little hand a bit harder, his own expression just as serious and stern. "How could we possibly never have children? I'm a very potent man! Having you give birth to eight or ten wouldn't be a problem at all!"

She was suddenly rendered speechless, feeling utterly helpless. He was being so serious that she'd thought he was about to refute the part about deceiving her forever. But as it turned out, his focus was on something else entirely.
