Leo Lowell walked into the living room and casually shrugged off his suit jacket. He loosened his tie with a cold expression, his eyes unreadable as he looked at Laura Lowell.
This afternoon, he had seen photos of Aiden Shaw protecting Laura Lowell at the hospital.
That man had held her in his arms the entire time.
"You two can chat. I'll go check on the kitchen. Dinner should be ready any minute."
Mindy Miller smiled as she got up and headed to the kitchen.
"Move back in. From now on, you are forbidden from having any contact with that doctor."
"Leo, who I date and who I'm with is my choice. You have no right to interfere."
Laura Lowell lifted her head to meet Leo Lowell's furious gaze. "Ever since I was a child, from the very first moment I called you 'Brother,' I've truly seen you as my family. I'm going to get married someday, but no matter who that man is, it will never be you."
