"Erica, did you let Jenny know?" Demi asked, looking up slightly, her gaze landing on the clock on the wall.
Erica frowned, her tone laced with agitation. "I told her half an hour ago. What's taking her so long?"
Nearby, Tammy pouted and complained, "Maybe she overslept. I said I'd go to the cabin to get them, but you all wouldn't let me."
"Save it, you little vixen! Cut the act!"
Erica shot Tammy a sideways glance and said irritably, her eyes filled with mock anger.
"You're the best actress in camp," Erica continued to chide, lowering her voice so only the two of them could hear. "That night in the cabin, you had a hand in getting Feng drunk, you were part of it, and in the end, you were the one who played innocent and let me take the blame."
The more Erica spoke, the angrier she became, her chest heaving.
Having been called out,
a flash of embarrassment crossed Tammy's face, but she quickly recovered.
