Her round little eyes stared at the "behemoth" in front of her. Her thoughts stalled for a few seconds, her mind a complete blank.
She sniffled, only to realize her voice wasn't right.
Her eyes glanced down.
The next second, a piercing squeal echoed from the pigpen—
A woman rushed in, muttering, "What's going on? Did she have her piglets?"
Zhu Yu Run's world went dark.
She lay on the sow's soft belly, all hope lost.
Until she was picked up by a pair of small hands.
A childish laugh followed.
"This little pig is so cute!"
Zhu Yu Run's chubby little body trembled as she writhed and squealed.
'Let me go! How rude! The audacity! How dare you disrespect the Da Ming Princess!'
The woman said worriedly, "This piglet might be sick. Let's get rid of it."
A bolt from the blue struck Zhu Yu Run.
Her little trotters stopped moving.
She tilted her head, stuck out her tongue, and fainted dead away.
