'Something's very wrong,' Zhu Yu Run thought the moment she opened her eyes.
Her round eyes stared at the "behemoth" in front of her. Her thoughts lagged for a few seconds, her mind a complete blank.
She sniffled, but realized her voice wasn't right.
Her eyes glanced down.
The next second, a bloodcurdling squeal echoed from the pigpen—
A woman ran in hastily, muttering to herself, "What's going on? Did she give birth to piglets?"
Zhu Yu Run's world went dark.
She lay on the sow's soft belly, all will to live gone.
Until a pair of small hands picked her up.
A childish laugh rang out.
"This little pig is so cute!"
Zhu Yu Run's chubby little body trembled as she writhed and squealed.
'Let me go! How rude! The audacity! How dare you disrespect the Da Ming Princess!'
The woman said worriedly, "This piglet might be sick. Let's throw it out."
It was a bolt from the blue for Zhu Yu Run.
Her little trotters stopped moving.
