After Kyle left Adrian's residence, he made his way straight to his sister's place. He slowed down his steps as he approached the house cautiously. Just as he predicted, the whole place was heavily guarded, and he glanced around furtively with each step he took. His phone beeped, and when he stared at the screen, it was a text from Nathalie, the tone of the text seemed urgent.
'Where are you? Are you home yet?'
He simply replied back with a no. Another text came in again.
'But you said you were on your way.'
He hissed in frustration, as the text was distracting his attention, and slowing him down. 'Yeah.'
'Please, hurry then. Let me know when you arrive.'
