Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Overpowered Ability · Telekinesis

Yoimiya's entire body went numb.

She had just silently wished in her heart for Su Xuan to have good spirits every day on his future travels.

And now, this guy was rushing off to his death in the very next moment?

"That's the General herself!" Yoimiya nearly shouted in shock.

She had no idea who the big-braided girl was or what the Plane of Euthymia meant.

But every citizen of Inazuma knew what lines like "There are always mortals who dare to face the thunder's wrath" and "Musou no Hitotachi" represented.

It all underscored the Raiden Shogun's supreme authority.

"Just what kind of power has he unlocked to make him so arrogant as to challenge the General's Musou no Hitotachi head-on?"

"And moreover..."

Su Xuan was calling the General "big-braided girl" and even demanding she wash the slate clean and step forward?

If the General found out, even if Su Xuan didn't go challenging her blade, he'd probably be charred to a crisp by a sudden thunderstorm before he could even leave Inazuma.

The more Yoimiya thought about it, the more terrified she became, her pretty face draining of all color.

Young Master Su Xuan, I can help cover up the thing about you raiding the Yanguo Jiansi.

But if you go challenge the General and she finds out I helped you, we're both dead meat!

Narukami Grand Shrine.

The pink-haired fox girl, who had been smirking slyly while treating the diary like a novel, now put away her smile.

Su Xuan had known upon arriving that someone kind-hearted would take him in, and he knew about the shady dealings of the Yanguo Jiansi and Kanjou Commission.

To others, it might seem like Su Xuan was familiar with the Teyvat Continent before crossing over.

But under Yae Miko's sharp mind, none of that proved anything.

The diary's authenticity hadn't even been verified—maybe Su Xuan had been in Inazuma for a long time, observing long enough to notice those things mentioned in the diary.

However, when Su Xuan mentioned the Plane of Euthymia, everything changed.

The Plane of Euthymia was the manifestation of Raiden Ei's inner world—a mental realm.

The people of Inazuma didn't even know who the real Raiden Shogun was, let alone the existence of the Plane of Euthymia.

"This diary's author actually knows that Ei is in the Plane of Euthymia."

"Looks like he also knows the Raiden Shogun in Tenshukaku isn't Ei herself."

"Just who is he...?"

Yae Miko gazed worriedly toward Tenshukaku.

Since Su Xuan knew about the Plane of Euthymia, the Raiden Shogun, and Raiden Ei, he should know Ei's strength.

To challenge her knowingly... all she could say was that his courage bordered on stupidity.

Yae Miko frowned slightly. "Stupid courage?"

"He didn't even reveal the identity of the person he wants to thank. I doubt he's really dumb enough to challenge an unwinnable foe."

"A power from beyond this world... Could he really have the confidence to defeat Ei...?"

The shrine maiden longed for someone to drag Ei out of her Plane of Euthymia and make her see Inazuma as it was now.

But as Ei's closest friend and familiar...

Yae Miko cared more about Raiden Ei's safety.

Her worried gaze fell to the end of the diary.

Spotting Su Xuan calling Raiden Ei "big-braided girl," Yae Miko couldn't hold back and let out an unladylike laugh.

"His personality's not bad, and since he's proactively seeking out Ei's trouble, he probably won't actually harm her."

.....

At that moment, a figure hovered a hundred meters above Inazuma City.

Su Xuan looked down at Tenshukaku below and silently opened the light panel before him.

[Host]: Su Xuan

[Items]: None

[Abilities]: Telekinesis (Reset Edition Dragon-Level)

[Traits]: None

[Authorities]: None

[Draws]: 0/times

The system interface was simple, showing only Su Xuan's current details with no other functions.

The golden finger's mechanics weren't complicated.

At the end of each day, the system would settle draw counts based on Su Xuan's diary entries and the emotions of those observing them.

The prize pool contained everything from countless worlds.

From everyday sundries to the authorities of gods.

Su Xuan casually glanced past the draw count and closed the interface without a care.

Today was his first diary entry; it wasn't time for settlement yet.

Plus, when the system activated, the newbie gift pack's Telekinesis was more than enough for him to roam the Teyvat Continent.

No rush to draw other rewards for now.

"The newbie gift pack delivers," Su Xuan said, extending his hands and eyeing his arms covered in a faint glow. "Dragon-level Telekinesis, and the Reset Edition version at that."

One Punch Man had two versions of its world.

The original and the Reset Edition.

The biggest difference was that the Reset Edition added flashy depictions absent from the original to amp up the power displays, leading to somewhat broken battle scaling.

As for the Reset Edition's Dragon-level Tornado...

She could twist Orochi—who'd cracked open Earth's skull—into a rag, and after prolonged combat, twist the entire Z-City into a pretzel, coat it in Telekinesis, hurl it like a javelin, and by the way, uproot the entire Monster Association headquarters two thousand meters underground in one go.

In simple terms, Su Xuan could stand at a hundred meters over Inazuma City, unleash Telekinesis, and twist the whole city—people, buildings, and all—into a ball and chuck it into the sea.

If that seemed too much hassle, he could make the entire Narukami Island's earth shatter in the blink of an eye.

Telekinesis wasn't just massively destructive; it could form energy barriers for defense or large-scale domes.

An all-in-one offensive and defensive energy manipulated by mental force, impossible to dodge.

Su Xuan glanced down at Inazuma City, his mind stirring slightly.

[Beelzebul, are you ready for my arrival?]
