Mansi quickly grabbed Daisy's hand. Her voice was panicked.
"Shubham is in the living room. What will happen now? Because of one mistake of mine, everything will be ruined. Shubham will never forgive me."
Daisy held Mansi gently and tried to calm her down.
"Relax, my child. First, let us see what he is here to talk about. Maybe you are overthinking. Things may not be as bad as you imagine."
"No… I should go downstairs right now and apologize before the situation gets worse. Before everything is destroyed, I should tell everyone the truth myself," Mansi said hurriedly as she tried to leave.
