A few images flashed through Julian Sterling's mind, still the silhouette of that woman with dark brown short hair. Her voice was deep and warm, her hand continuously stroking the hair of the child in her arms. It was as if they were a grandmother and grandchild who truly loved each other, rather than a young child originating from a cruel laboratory and... perhaps a staff member of that very laboratory.
"Ethan," Julian Sterling softly called out, and then he was fully embraced in the man's arms. Julian Sterling's eyes remained tightly closed, but his voice was already much calmer: "I feel as if... she is calling out to me."
"Wait a moment." Ethan Caldwell turned to look at Julian Sterling: "What are you planning to do?"
"Head to Lighthouse Point."
