Chapter 6 - chapter 6 : “Beyond Limits”

Kael was not the indecisive type. So The moment he made up his mind, he begins to acte without further delay.

He instantly sealed Thalor—and the surrounding region of the Void—with a divine technique, cutting off every possible escape.

It was already too late when Thalor realized he was trapped. So He began to struggle violently as he shouted .

"No! No !What did you do?! What did you do to me he shouted in panic.

Kael's hand remained steady, his gaze calm and emotionless as Thalor struggled, as though what he held was not Thalor at all, but merely an ant—something he could crush at any moment without effort or thought.

Seeing that gaze, Thalor froze for a brief instant. But before he had a chance to resume his struggle, Kael's voice echoed coldly through the Void.

"What I have done, and what I intend to do with you, is none of your concern," Kael said. "I advise you to stay silent and behave yourself. Perhaps then, I may have the kindness to grant you a painless death.

"Without waiting for Thalor's response, Kael began the absorption, starting with Thalor's core origin.

The moment his origin was touched, Thalor's expression twisted in terror. As his essence was drawn into Kael, he began to struggle violently, screaming,

"No! You can't do this to me! I am from the System race—one of the most powerful races in the Chaos Sea! You will regret this! You cannot do this! You cannot do this to me!"

Yet Kael remained completely unmoved. His expression did not change in the slightest, his eyes cold and indifferent as Thalor's cries echoed uselessly through the sealed Void.To Kael, Thalor's resistance was nothing more than meaningless noise.

Kael remained completely unmoved.

Thalor's screams echoed throughout the sealed Void, filled with rage, fear, and disbelief, yet not a single ripple appeared in Kael's expression.

To him, Thalor's words were meaningless—no different from the desperate buzzing of an insect struggling against inevitable death.

As the absorption deepened, Thalor's form began to collapse. His once-stable existence fractured into countless streams of origin energy, laws, and fragmented consciousness, all of which were mercilessly drawn into Kael.

The divine technique refined everything without exception—power, memories, authority" Everything.

No… stop… please…" Thalor's voice weakened, his resistance crumbling as his core was stripped away layer by layer. "If you spare me… I can help you… becomes powerful i can help you

Kael did not answer.

His hand tightened slightly and he began Quickly to absorb more and more violently the origin of thalor that single move was enough to sever Thalor's remaining hope.

The final remnants of Thalor's origin began shatter, dissolving into pure essence before being completely absorbed into Kael's Sea of Consciousness. The violent fluctuations gradually faded, and the sealed Void returned to absolute stillness, as though nothing had ever happened there.

Silence reigned as Kael's began to analyze the information an talent that he was acquired by absorbing Thalor's.

Streams of unfamiliar knowledge of every kind flowed through his Sea of Consciousness—knowledge about countless worlds and their various types of cultivation techniques, secrets techniques and artefacts.

However, Kael ignored all of it, pushing past these revelations to reach what truly mattered to him: information about the System Family and his own world.

Even though Kael had inherited all the memories of his predecessor, there were still gaps in his understanding of the world.

He had never set foot beyond his planet, so his knowledge about the god world was limited to that single planet alone .

As Kael delved deeper and deeper into Thalor's inherited memories, he began to uncover a troubling truth: the so-called System Family was far from simple.

By probing Thalor's memories, Kael discovered that the System race—also known as the System Family—was not so different from the Systems he remembered.

The only real difference was that these Systems all possessed true consciousness. They were not mindless, automatic constructs, but living, thinking entities.

Moreover, every single one of them possessed abnormal, almost cheat-like talents—abilities designed to break limits and bend rules. Even more frightening, each of these talents had the potential to evolve infinitely.

Of course, these abilities alone—no matter how overpowered—were not enough to truly shock Kael. After all, he understood better than anyone that a System was the most important criteria to become a protagonist .

For generations and generations the system has been considered like the father of the protagonist .

Some people even go so far as to claim that a protagonist without a System is not a true protagonist.

Possessing exaggerated abilities was, in itself, not surprising.

What truly shook Kael was something else.

Each System carried a trace of the meaning of transcendence within its core.

This trace allowed them not only to cross the barriers of any world without difficulty, but also to absorb any form of energy and convert it freely into whatever type they desired.

Even more terrifying was the fact that these abilities were not fixed. They were evolutionary, capable of continuous growth with no clear upper limit.

At that moment, Kael finally understood something.

The true danger of a System did not lie in his power—but in his potential without limit.
