Third Person POV. -- 2nd Of November -- 2415
[ Banquet Hall ]
Rikiya's yearly party continues, lasting for until around 12 in the night. Many buisness owners managed to strike a deal at this time, and many others couldn't, not being able to come in terms about one part or another within their deals.
Despite Rikiya's schedule being cancelled, only having spoken to one person who he wanted on his side, –which even in that regard he couldn't get her fully, he still isn't that much discouraged. He in fact, is even a little thrilled because of that transaction, quite happy with what he could get.
Now Rikiya has 3 wishes that he can call upon to make his dream a reality. As for its timer, after much consideration he couldn't really find anything wrong with it, because Rikiya plans on making his dream realized by the whole world before that given timeline.

In the main hall where the Banquet is taking place, Benihana Retsu is seen besides her parents, talking with other buisness owners,
–be it with darker intentions or otherwise.
Many vied to push their offsprings, –their sons and even daughters to try their lucks against Retsu, having seen her sitting and speaking with the daughter of the Yaoyorozus before, but not finding any luck in that regard.
Kie and Tetsuya, seeing through their intentions, just decided to quickly end the conversation and move on, not even giving them permission to follow up on their awful offers.
Retsu was mostly indifferent to the whole fiasco though, letting her parents do the job of talking and needlessly flattering these glorified peacocks before they moved on.
She did though, at some point manage to encounter Momo and her parents again, leading to the two family of trios to meet and talk with one another, getting to meet each other and for Kie to make a new friend with Miko.
"Wow! That dress looks lovely on you, my dear. " Miko compliments, seeing her work be worn by such a perfect figure, leading to Kie smiling politely. "It's all thanks to you. " She modestly says, leading to Miko letting out a light giggle, "oh stop it~ we all know it's the wearer who makes the dress shine, not the dress. "
"I'm pretty sure it's the other way arou-"
"Dear. Drop it. " Miko says with her eyes closed and smiling lightly, leading Kie to just sweat drop and nod.
"Hmmm, so you get your hero costume and items made all the way from I-island? Wow that is far don't you think? Isn't there companies that are within Japan that you could use? " Yaoyorozu Takahashi, Momo's father, and a man who you could find has his hands in most hero item creating companies within Japan and even beyond its borders, though on a more minor scale.
The man who wears glasses over his sky blue eyes, and black, messy hair along with wearing a black suit for the occasion, is seen standing to the side, speaking with Japan's number 3, –though the pro hero currently goes by his civilian alias.
Hearing the question, Tetsuya tilts his head. "Well, we actually could, but then we'd lose our sponsorship with the Island.
Many may not know this, but one of the top researchers on I-island who is from Korea, has a deep relationship with our family.
It's tied to one of my ancestors, a previous family head who saved that researchers family from a big incident a few years back, resulting in our family becoming entangled with one another ever since. " Tetsuya explains, making Kie's ears perk up at the mention of that topic and her mood to sour,
"Tetsuya, I thought we agreed to not talk about her. " Kie suddenly says from the side, making Tetsuya sheepishly scratch the back of his head. "Oh come on dear, it's been ages, I'm sure she's moved on by now. " He says, making the Benihana matriarch audibly sigh.
"Hm? What are you two talking about? " Retsu suddenly asks from the side, having been in a conversation with Momo up until now.
"Oh it's nothing, just your father's stupid tendencies of attracting other women to himself. " Kie says, crossing her arms on her chest and slowly making her cheek puff up, clearly jealous.
Tetsuya moves forth and takes hold of Kie's hand, bringing it up and giving it a light peck on the knuckles, "well, no matter my stupid devilish face, in the end I've fallen for you and only you, my beautiful lady~" He confesses once again, his deep voice naturally making his words sound very sexy and appealing to hear, leading to Kie straining and trying to resist, –before she inevitably fails and loses her pout, choosing to instead take her hand out of his grip.
"Hmph! I-i guess you are forgiven then. " She says while crossing her arms, making Tetsuya smile in happiness.
"Okay, what was that? And what is this all about again? " Retsu asks from the side, her conversation with poor Momo completely put to the side for now.
Now that Kie is back in a good mood, she decides to be the one to tell her daughter the story behind this conversation. "Well, you know how these stupid Benihanasare always so handsome and attractive looking?
Turns out, one of the previous heads had saved a major Korean Researcher in the past, gotten her infatuated with his devilish looks, and managed to strike a deal with her.
Since then, every pro hero that the Benihanas had produced had been sponsored and had their equipment and hero costumes personally tailored by that head researcher and her following descendants, –who all actually reside at I-island.
The current head researcher who is sponsoring our family and making Tetsuya's hero costume and equipment is named Dr. Park Ji-won, a bright woman whose work in materials science and adaptive fiber engineering is very good, –almost second to none in fact... " Despite the praises she's giving, Kie doesn't show an announce of enthusiasm regarding the mentioned woman. Infact, as she speaks her brows keep on creasing further.
Seeing the slowly detonating time bomb, Tetsuya decides to step up and diffuse her.
He suddenly brings up a plate full of cake and other delicious treats out of nowhere and extends them to his wife, "here you go dear, let me continue from here on out, would you. " He wryly smiles, a sweat falling from the side of his face.
Kie's expression brightens again, quickly taking the plate and stuffing her cheeks with the delicious treats, forgetting about that irritating woman all together.
Tetsuya let's out a sigh of relief before he clears his throat and continues from where she left of, "ahem, anyways. Mrs. Park, who I'm sure you guys know as a famous researcher, is actually someone who sponsors our hero costumes and has been the one to tailor my own costume since I've become a pro hero.
Our situation is kind of similar to All Might and David Shield, basically.
She is also quite... Ahem... Infatuated... With me... That's why my wife here doesn't quite like her despite Mrs. Park's great achievements... " Tetsuya scratches his cheek as he explains the last part, looking to the side with a wry smile and half lidded eyes, making Retsu give him a half lidded look.
'This dude has ladies swooning after him? This guy? ' Retsu fixes her father with a scrutinizing gaze, not seeing anything that good looking about him except his above average facial features.
'Is this what women like in this day and age? Women are truly a mystery.
I haven't found anyone that may attract me in all my three lives. In my previous one, I built myself a family through adoption, not marriage and pregnancy, so my concept of an 'attractive man' is close to nonexistent. I guess I shouldn't be judging then. ' Retsu concludes in her head.
"And yet another piece of news I didn't know about my own family. Got anything more? " Retsu asks, making Tetsuya sweat drop, "y-yeah... You may not know this, but she used to be a professional Racer before she settled down and became a doctor... " Tetsuya says while pointing at the still blissfully eating Kie, unaware of the world around her and just eating her treats with her eyes closed and her smile big.
"Yeah I knew about that one. " Retsu says, "oh, okay. Well I don't think there is anything else? " Tetsuya asks more than answers.
"..."
The Yaoyorozus have all just stood there, being the third wheels in this family drama and sudden reveals.
Momo slightly turns to her family, "Mother, Father? Has something like this happened to you guys before? " She asks, making the nonchalantly smiling Yaoyorozu parents turn to her, "No dear. " They both say, making Momo nod before she turns ahead again,
–tempted to make popcorns at this point.

As conversations flow and people make deals with one another, some satisfactory for each other and some not, the ending moments of this banquet draws near.
At Presicely 11:50 pm into the night, the host of this banquet, Yotsubashi Rikiya comes forth and stands on a raised platform, clicking his glass with a tea spoon to attract the audience, and begin with his final speech of the night.
"Thank you all for visiting this event. Over the years, there has been a lot of crisis and incident concerning our motherland. But we as inventors and healers have persevered and managed to be here today.
Let us liberate our country from discrimination and villany by making a paradise with our creations. Let us take up arms with one another, and support each other in making more inventions that will help this world.
After all, that is the reason I hold these yearly ceremonies. " Rikiya finishes, before he bows down a little.
"Thank you all for coming tonight, and I will see you in the field. Good luck with your projects. " He says, before moving down from the raised platform, a chorus of silent cheers and loud claps following his retreating figure.
Moments after the speech, and people begin orderly getting out of the banquet hall, everyone going through the exits slowly and in orderly fashions.
Time comes for the Benihana and Yaoyorozus to exit as well, leading to them walking side by side until the exit.
"If you ever get bored of medical works, feel free and come and become my model. Your figure is very attractive and good looking for my brands~" Miko subtly jests, making Kie smile and laugh lightly. "Haha~ I'll keep that in mind."
"I'm a sponsor for the I-island project too actually, I could even help in the transportation of your items back and forth from the place. If you need any help in the future, feel free to contact me, number 3." Takahashi says, leading to Tetsuya slightly smiling and nodding.
"I'll be sure to do that, thank you for your help." He says,
"No, thank you for your continued work in making sure our country in safe. I am forever grateful for the work you put in in order to make Japan such a prospering country, a place where I can raise my daughter safely and happily. " Takahashi says, his feelings regarding this truly serious and genuine for a buisness man.
"We have each other's numbers so we'll stay in touch. Don't get discouraged and always try to make friends, Yaoyorozu-san. " Retsu says, leading to Momo smiling brightly and nodding.
"Yaomomo. You can call me Yaomomo, Benihana-san. " Momo says, making Retsu nod. "In that case, you can call me by my given name too, Retsu is fine. " She says.
The two families part ways, their vehicles having been driven forward and ready to take them.
The Yaoyorozus are an old, Japanese family who's wealth is hereditary. But despite that they design themselves more towards European aristocraticarchitecture and designs. Even right now, their vehicle is one who's produced from the east, specifically a limousine type that's manufactured at Russia.
As the family part ways, they get in their vehicles and start driving towards different roads, leaving the banquet and having promised that they'd meet again despite being far from one another.

Authors Note/ this episode is a little less in word count than the previous ones, only around 2k than the minimum 2.5k I'd promised.
Although I am sorry for this, I could also argue that the previous chapters were a lot more than what I'd said too, so I guess they could cancel each other out.
Anyways! A little world building for the Benihanas.
I-island is a world wide project that is constructed and situated within the Pacific Ocean, being a place the leaders of the whole world built and sent their most brilliant of minds in order to come up with ideas to better help their super human society.
The Island is full of scientists and brilliant minds who help the hero society in making brilliand gadgets for their heroes, support items and everything in between.
David Shield, as we all know is a head researcher within the island, a senior member if you will.
His work revolves around gadget creation and support items, he is an engineer and a scientist, but not a biologist so he doesn't know about human anatomy and such.
Dr. Park Ji-won will be an OC which I will expand upon the world of MHA from. She is also –like David Shield, a senior researcher within the Island.
Dr. Park Ji-won is a durability specialist, a materials science and adaptive fiber engineering expert rather than a general support engineer like David Shield.
She basically makes stronger, denser, more elasticized and elements resistant materials for any creations that's needed, ranging from Costumes to support tools.
Tetsuya is a close combatant who can shred his costume a lot if he puts too much power into his blows, hence why this OC would be perfect for him.
I will give her a visual characteristic and such in future episodes too, this was just a teaser.
