Chapter 159 - Chapter 160 Bald Agent

Even though the whole world now considers him a superhero, Finney still feels he doesn't deserve that title.

He knows very well that everything he does is basically for his own benefit and needs; his first thought isn't to protect the Earth.

Therefore, when faced with Billy's question, he hesitated before answering, and even then, his answer wasn't definite.

"Why 'maybe'?" Billy asked, as expected, with a surprised look.

"Three questions are over. Don't ask me any more questions today!"

Finney didn't answer. Even if Billy asked again tomorrow, he wouldn't answer. He kept the answer to these things to himself; knowing it was enough.

Billy, of course, wouldn't let it go and wanted to get to the bottom of things. Finney, too lazy to pay attention to him, simply used the 'Golden Great Evolution Technique' and said 'Shut up' to silence him.

Billy was so frightened that he thought he had suddenly fallen ill. It wasn't until Finney removed the effect and threatened him not to talk anymore that he understood what had happened.

The result of this incident was that Billy finally believed that Finney was the Divine Punishment Knight, or at least that his best friend was no ordinary person.

This also led to Billy being absent-minded for the rest of the day, his face full of questions, but he dared not ask or say anything because of Finney's intimidation.

However, Finney didn't pay attention to him. He missed the feeling of being back in school; after all, just a few days ago, he could only eat chicken wraps with Red Skull and Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

In the afternoon, after school, Finney picked Skye up.

The Chitauri incident was over, New York was temporarily safe, and now that he had the Mind Scepter, he should consider how to help Skye resolve the issue of her biological parents.

The alien incident in New York was attracting worldwide attention, and Skye was no exception. However, she had refrained from contacting Finney for fear of bothering him. Now that she was home, her first thought was to inquire about the situation.

"Did you bring that dragon back from another planet?"

Skye hadn't known about the Blue-Eyes White Dragon before, so she assumed Finney had brought it back from Vormir.

"No, it was summoned."

Finney shook his head, unsure how to explain the Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

"Where did you keep it?" Skye couldn't resist her curiosity.

"Here!"

Finney summoned the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card, showing it to Skye, who was once again surprised and amazed.

Soon, Skye also noticed the Mind Scepter and the Tesseract in Finney's room and asked, "Are these alien weapons?"

"You could call them that."

Finney nodded, and after explaining the events of the New York battle and the stories of Thor, Captain America, Hulk, and others in detail, he satisfied Skye's curiosity.

After finishing this, Finney decided to talk to Skye about her parents.

"Skye, this Mind Scepter has the power to control and brainwash."

Finney held the scepter in his hand, looking at Skye, and said, "Even the Hulk couldn't resist its power."

Skye didn't immediately think of her parents, but instead examined the scepter in Finney's hand more closely, asking in confusion, "What's wrong?"

"Perhaps it can be used to change your mother's mind,"

Finney said slowly. Skye's mother was already terminally ill; persuasion through words was probably impossible, so forced change was the only option.

Skye was stunned, then became somewhat excited, standing up and asking, "You mean we can go save them?"

"Okay!"

Finney nodded.

Skye couldn't quite describe her feelings. Ever since she learned the truth, she had been waiting for this day, but now that she was actually facing it, she felt somewhat lost.

"What should I do?"

Skye asked, calming herself down.

"Let me find out her location first,"

Finney replied thoughtfully. There was someone among Skye's mother's Inhumans who could use spatial abilities, and they relied on him for all their comings and goings, so finding the base wasn't easy.

"Thank you, Finney!"

Skye said, touched.

"It's nothing!" Finney patted Skye's head and said with a smile, "But if you want to work together, you must follow my instructions and don't act recklessly."

Since it concerned her biological parents, Finney wanted to stop her from participating, but Skye certainly wouldn't agree, so he could only give her some instructions first. The Blue-Eyes White Dragon was now three stars and had the strength to protect people.

Besides, unless they were opponents like Hulk, Tony, or Thor, not many people could do anything to Skye.

"Okay!"

Skye nodded firmly.

In the evening, Finney resumed his Kamar-Taj training, but this time he didn't study magic or cultivate magical power. Instead, he began to study 'breathing techniques'.

He hoped to integrate 'breathing techniques' into his daily life, not just activating them during battle, but being able to use them anytime, anywhere, and maintain a state of readiness.

Breathing is a simple thing; everyone needs to breathe. But maintaining breathing according to certain requirements is not so easy, especially when it must be done unconsciously.

So Finney tried for a long time without success. Fortunately, Finney didn't expect to achieve it in a day or two, and he wasn't discouraged by his initial failure.

That night, after returning home, Finney began to think about how to find Skye's parents. He initially tried using a 'compass,' but found that it couldn't locate them.

He thought about it for a long time and finally realized that it might be because he didn't actually want Skye to meet her parents, which led to this result.

After thinking deeply for a long time, he realized that starting with Hydra seemed to be the easiest and simplest way.

Daniel Whitehall, one of the current leaders of Hydra, is the culprit who brought Skye's mother to such a state. A science enthusiast, he controls several research institutions worldwide, and the obelisk was originally obtained from him.

Moreover, thanks to the superpowers he stole from Skye's mother, he has survived from World War II to the present day, making him the target of Skye's father's revenge. Regardless of the circumstances, this matter will inevitably involve him.

Finney hopes to find Skye's mother through him, and at the same time, directly help Skye's father avenge himself.

As for how to find him, Finney already has a plan.

When Loki ambushed him a few days ago, he suspected that Hydra was involved; otherwise, it's hard to imagine that S.H.I.E.L.D. members would betray him so easily without being controlled.

Coincidentally, he also noticed Hydra members on the aircraft carrier at the time. Because of the Ancient One's presence, he is somewhat sensitive to bald men, so he pays close attention to any bald men around him.

"His name seems to be Sitwell!"

Because he'd been paying special attention, he remembered the man's name and planned to find an opportunity to meet this Hydra agent who was all bald but lacked real skill.
